Exposed Rebar Protruding in Public Alley 401 roadway directly behind 39 Saint Botolph Street caused flat tire. Exposed rebar is located approximately 5 feet from the large curved concrete curb across from the 10 trash bins and in front of black SUV that’s always parked there. Issue has worsened over time and this weekend punctured my tire. Please address and contact me with any questions. Thank you

Outed gas street lamp Bay Village. In front of 48 Piedmont Street. It has been out for some .time. It has been repaired s few times but continues to go dark.

Why I have to put up with so much, go on in this neighborhood . My neighbor next to me is fixing the house and they have moved out , the left a guy with two cars and a senior citizen van park in front of house. You cannot get in most of the time. You always have to coming out in the middle of the road , because he doesn't live here, and take over in front of my house. This has to stop, if you cannot do something about it I will stop sending these complaints, and have to seek higher up. We have put up with too much in this neighborhood.

Double parked for over 30 minutes at time of reporting in south end. Worcester street near Columbus Ave corner. Blocking multiple cars in.

The transition from the street to the sidewalk and the sidewalk to the street are both so uneven that the underside of a car entering the First Church in Roxbury driveway from Dudley street hits the sidewalk twice. It looks like the sidewalk is due to be repaired a few feet away. I hope this issue can be fixed at the same time.

Motor vehicles illegally parked, 2 hr limits. Parked overnight and still parked there @ 10:30 am. Can BTD patrol MH and enforce 2 hr time limits in the area? Shouldn’t have to post on 311 everyday.

Illegal parking. Blocking handicap ramp. Sticking out into the street. Second time this has happened in so many days.

Broken sidewalk along a blind womens route. Just helped her up after tripping in. Thankfully not hurt. Next time will be a lawsuit

Same vehicle! Why... because nothing is ever done! Now if someone parks at the other pole or even past the pole. Handicapped spot is not able to be utilized for walker, wheelchair or EMT. Please give this person a ticket! This is Not the first time they have done this! Ridiculous! There is plenty of space to move forward so not to be in the Handicapped! This is either ignorance or spite again this is not the first time this vehicle has parked is this manor! Unnecessary!!

The sidewalk in front of my home at 84 Buchanan Road (02132) is uneven and broken in various places. It has created an unsafe dynamic where water pools very quickly (and in the winter turns into slippery ice) right at the beginning of the walkway to the home. A prior request had been made under case number 101006441051, but was closed due to not having pictures. This request is the resubmission of that one and now includes pictures. The tree pictured near the side walk was struck by a moving truck today and will apparently need to be removed or replaced. This tree may have been causing some of the issues, so it could be an opportune time to fix the sidewalk issue in parallel. I am also planning to replace the walkway, so it would be fantastic to do a comprehensive update that is coordinated with the city if possible.
