I've called Verizon on multiple occasions to request that the send someone out to replace and or replace both poles. No luck, I hjust got off the phone with someone at verizon requested a confirmation number of the complaint, and then individual hung up on me. The poles are in very bad conditions and is root with wire hanging low. Please look into this right away as I fear for the saftey of myself and mother.
