Leaking window sheetrock has mold growing from it ,,by the door of room size of a closet sheetrock is splitting from it leaking from there as well the hallway ceiling is leaking as well as it continues to the stairwell and leaks right into a ceiling light fixture it's always full of water ,I have one small window on the fourth floor there is no blinds on windows there supposed to supply all tenants with all needs to live in space it's in leases my room is 164 degrees on today July 17 2024 the so called caseworker tells me I have to go to hospital to obtain a letter from them stating I can't live in this room with the heat at these temperatures so I did so and supplied it to them still no help the place is infested with cockroaches,bed bugs ,and random people running around here smoking crack cocaine and shooting up drugs day and night all the time .there's needles all over the hallways and random criminals that don't live here as well it's funny that the so called caseworker has two acs and a fan in his office but me and few others are literally having being sent to hospitals for heat exhaustion and heat blisters with no help still | Move in date: [12/20/2023] Owner's name and contact info: [6176421693 Pine st inn "Bishop"] Occupants name and contact info: [Daniel poleet 8573466718] Children under 6 years of age: [No] Written rental agreement: [Yes]

Constituent reports that there are large holes in the walls where the mice are coming thru. The shower pole came out of the wall, the front door does not lock, unless it's done manually. Constituent is reporting that her landlord has removed the pole for the fire alarm so there is no way of pushing the emergency button in case of fire. Constituents says also that the light for her back steps has been out for a few weeks now, its dangerous for walking on them at nights and has complained many times to landford and he ignores her and blocked her number. | Any children under 6 years of age: [No]

At 339 Meridian Street East Boston 02128 the owner of the Canton Eatery has installed two 12’ poles with six high powered multi colored spotlights on the roof. (Red, Green, Yellow and white) These spotlights are turned on from dusk until 5/6am seven nights a week and this started three months ago. These colored spotlights are shining into all the surrounding residences windows disrupting sleep and privacy. Rat feces behind refrigerator. Dog hair in refrigerator and stove. Used shower poles in closet. When she turns on stove the entire house gets smokey and dusty. Mold in apt. General Inspection. Doors don't work on dishwasher | Any children under 6 years of age: [No]

This morning a car hit my apt both police and fire responded they did not see the damage behind (sofa) where window is. Tenant lives on side of Morton near fairmont and gallivan across from Norfolk Hardware "N Star" came out because a light pole was damaged. Caller states she has made various complaints to housing about her living conditions. She has bullet holes in her windows, doors are off the hinges, the thermostat is broken, pole in closet is broken, paint is falling off the walls, kitchen cabinets don't close, drawers have mold, no vents in the apartment, none of the windows have screens, electrical outlets in one of the rooms dont work and one of them sparks, There are holes in the walls, The rooms have mold growing from the ceiling and the walls, The toilet seat is broken. <P>Renting for 6yrs.</P> <P>Caller has a 8 month old inft.</P> <P>General inspection - caller has been putting in work orders for the big hole in the living room wall.  The ceiling in the bathroom is leaking.  The bedroom heaters are leaking from the top.  The pole have turned completely black.  The bedroom has a moldy smell because the sweat on the walls.</P> <P>BHA property.</P> <P> </P>

There are no options within the dropdown tab so I picked the best option I felt cmost comportable with. There are two untility poles on the property of my mother's house. I've called Verizon on multiple occasions to request that the send someone out to replace and or replace both poles. No luck, I hjust got off the phone with someone at verizon requested a confirmation number of the complaint, and then individual hung up on me. The poles are in very bad conditions and is root with wire hanging low. Please look into this right away as I fear for the saftey of myself and mother.
