We spoke to the owner and explained that they should only purchase food to sell to the public at wholesale stores. We are sending a complaint to the Health Depepartment to follow up on that part.

Constituent bought 2 bottles of 5 gallon water from Stop and Shop and she had to pay a $9 deposit for the bottles. The constituent wanted to stop getting water from them and they refused to return the $9 deposit that was initially given. The constituent brought the bottles back and they stated that they cannot give the money back. Constituent would like someone to look into this.
