Theres wires hanging between poles and its limited access to get work done here at this residence. Also emergency access due to these wires in the way. The constituent states she called verizon and verizon came out and stated that the wires doesnt belong to them, it belongs to the city. Verizon tech stated that the wires are running between 2 light poles from appt 205 to 207. The constituent states that these wires are also interfering with emergency exit access response and window washing management at this location. The windows cant be washed because these wires are in the way. The elderly women stated she lived here for 15 years and never saw these wires. The constituent is concerned about these wires being at this location. The wires are feeding between 2 light poles. Verizon stated the city needs to fix this issue. This has not been a problem before at this location. The constituent states that the wires should be moved to a safer location. Requesting assistance with this matter. | Problem: [Other]
