Constituent states that there is a knocked down cyclist pole. |

Constituent lives at the intersection of Wood ave and mariposa st. Over the past 4 years, 3 seperate cars have driven through the constituent's fence post and crashed into his property. Constituent is requesting either protective barriers or poles to stop cars from crashing into his property. |

Constituent states that the flex poles on the corner of Prince St and Salem St are damaged and are a hazard to vehicle. Constituent is requesting the flex poles be removed completely. Previous cases have been submitted and BTD will repair them but the following day, they will be damaged again. |

Constituent requests installation of a guardrail or poles around the flower bed/dirt cutout at this intersection as cars turning right onto washington st end up driving into the flower bed. |

Good Morning Mr. Franklin Hodge. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is (given name on eform) I had continuously written about the speeding on Wood Avenue and the many times cars have misjudged the distance of the side walk in front of my house causing the cars to crash into my fence and yard and cracking the sidewalk where there is a utility pole at that corner of my home. The City did some work on the street last year by putting up yellow spokes (I am not sure that's what you call them) on the road, which has not alleviated the problem of the cars speeding and driving so close to the side walk in front of my house causing them to hit the curb of the side walk which is now cracking the side walk in a whole. Also those yellow spokes in the road have also been knocked down by cars misjudging distance. Is there any way Street Lights or Speed bumps be put on Wood Avenue but the intersections of Wood Ave, Oakwood & Tacoma. I hate sitting in my living room for fear of a car crashing into my home due to cars speeding. I have wrote so many people on this issue and it just seems no one cares. Even thought they did the work on the road last year it did not solve the speeding or minor accidents on the corners of Wood Ave, Oakwood and Tacoma. Now with the Winter coming, The Snow Plows will also have a hard time plowing thru those spokes in the middle of the street as the road is now not wide enough for their plow blades. Isn't there something else that can be done besides putting those spokes in the middle of the road, because they are not helping calm down the speeding. Constituent states that the poles installed at corner on both Prince and Salem by Dino's (screw into plastic bases) are dangerous and fail to stop vehicles from parking in the area. Constituent states they are a tripping hazard when they are knocked down by vehicles and the bases are a tripping hazard as well if there is no pole screwed in. Constituent states they have many vidoes from their security cameras of people tripping and being injured. Constituent is also concerned about plows and where snow will go if these poles block the area. Constituent stated they are upset that new poles have just been installed. |

Constituent states there are multiple accidents at the intersection and vehicles have slammed into the fence on his property. Constituent is requesting the city install metal poles at the corner to prevent any more vehicles damaging his property. |

Constituent states there is a broken sign in the works of being repaired. Constituent states there is one orange cone to prevent accidents. Constituent states that the cone does not protect those who are blind because it only covers one side of the pole. Constituent request more orange cones |

Constituent states that people cut the curb when turning onto Washington St. Would like safety pole installed. |
