Illegal Parking
390 Meridian St, 1, East Boston, Ma, 02128The parking sticker office will not give us a parking sticker. We were told we have an appointment on October 16. We have been living here for 20 plus years and can not afford a ticket every day until that appointment. Its due to the car being leased and purchased after lease requiring new plates, same car. It's already been over a week and we sent email to the mayor and alderman to no avail. Please kindly help
CLOSED #101003428100Case Noted. Please contact the Office of the Parking Clerk. They are open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (and may be opening additional days soon). If you have applied for a new sticker (which can be done online), they will be able to review any tickets issued while you are waiting for the sticker. Parking Enforcement is unable to issue parking stickers, which can only be done byt he parking clerk. Stickers can be applied for online here: https://www.boston.gov/departments/parking-clerk/how-get-resident-parking-permit and the Office can be contacted at: 617-635-4410.

839 Beacon St, Boston, Ma, 02215A little frustrated with the lack of communication from the parking clerk about resident permits. Just got new plates on the same car I currently have permits on. Submitted a new parking permit request and have not heard back from anyone, nor are emails being responded to. S/O at same address has also not received her permit despite submitting over a month ago.

1 City Hall Ave, Boston, Ma, 02108 (Inactive)Parking Clerk will not allow me to get a new south Boston parking permit for my car. I've called and they hang up on me, I've emailed twice and they don't answer. I went in person and I'm not allowed in the building. They said I have to submit online and it takes 4 weeks. My car will get tickets all throughout these 4 weeks even though I am a resident. Please help

154 170 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, Ma, 02116Resident Parking Sticker Not Received. Thank you for telling me the sticker was issued June 2, 2020. When I used '311' last week, I was hoping to hear a new sticker has been issued and sent. It is next to impossible to reach the Parking Clerk office. Thus I am trying again. As a resident, it is hard to park near my home at 160 Comm Ave. without it.

154 170 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, Ma, 02116Lack of Response from Parking Clerks Office / Resident Parking. I have waited 2 months for my parking sticker. I followed all rules laid out by department. Emails don't get answered. Appointments are rare and futuristic. The Mayor needs to know this departments failure. I can not park near my home for fear of a daily ticket.

Intersection Of Exeter St And Newbury St, Boston, MaI received a ticket today in Newbury Street. I believed today was a legal holiday and that I wouldn't be required to pay the meter. Am I wrong?
CLOSED #101003336908Case Resolved. The holiday is on July 4th; meters were in normal operation and needed to be paid on July 3rd. They are free on July 4th. Any issued ticket can ne appealed through the Office of the Parking Clerk.

Still not able to get my renewed resident parking permit and no one from office of parking clerk has been getting to me. My permit is expired and my tax dollars pay for my permit. Need help getting my renewed permit. Boston gov says contact 311 App for help.
