Lately we have an A LOT of litter in our neighborhood, especially on trash collection days. It seems to be getting worse and worse. I consistently find trash scattered up and down the streets and sidewalks. In addition to this persistent problem, today, the street cleaner arrived 4 hours early!! Most of the vehicles were still parked on the street!! It is pointless to run the street cleaner while the cars are parked, and most of the trash is still all along the curbs and sidewalks.

Pothole near 10 Avery street after city street sweeper swept street last night.

This car was parked outside 425 W 4th Street (not their car) on street sweeping day, TODAY. He and several others got tickets. One car got towed; this car was allowed to stay until 10:02 - one hour and 2 minutes past the posted time until someone came and drove off in it. He seriously cut into the sweeper's schedule. Who is this person and what were the extenuating circumstances that caused this to be allowed? Bad look for the City. He should be told to get on the tow/sweeper online notification emails. If it were my car, it would have been towed.

Trash up and down Myrtle St. Street cleaning needed. Excessive littering on going issue. Also, street sweeper comes prior to garbage trucks. Can city schedule street cleaning post garbage pick up? Garbage trucks and pick up causes stray litter or left behind trash.

No street cleaning in West Roxbury this year. It used to happen every Monday, but it hasn't happened at all this year. Not sure if this is something that has changed, but they haven't been sweeping in this neighborhood. I know there is no posting but they used to do what they called a "open street cleaning". The streets are desoto, running brook rd, westmoor& woodley. I would appreciate if it was something that you looked into, because these streets need a little sweep. Thank you.

I would like to know when the street cleaning happens on LaGrange Street in West Roxbury. I am not sure why we do not have a designated day like the rest of the city. Please advise. |

Alaric Street is an L shaped street and has 2 cross streets It runs from Centre Street and around to Spring Street. Our street has not been swept by the street sweeper yet this season. I would like to request that it be cleaned. Thanks |
