Domestic Animal Issue
269 Commercial St, Boston, MA 02109I am reporting a repeated safety issue involving a dog owner and her German Shepherd that continues to harass and menace my dog and me. On multiple occasions, this German Shepherd—owned by a North End resident—has lunged and growled aggressively at my dog while being walked by its owner. This behavior is repeated and ongoing. On the most recent incident on December 18, 2025 at approximately 5:20 AM, I was stopped and bent over tending to my dog, who is currently injured. I had my back turned and did not see the owner or dog approach. The dog came up abruptly from behind and began aggressive barking and growling at close proximity. The suddenness and aggression startled and frightened both my dog and me. Despite the dog’s continued growling, the owner did not attempt to move away or create distance. She remained standing nearby while the dog continued to menace us. When I asked her to take her dog away from us, she responded that her dog thought I was “a bitch.” The owner had multiple opportunities and clear space to avoid approaching us, yet instead came up from behind and allowed her dog to remain close and aggressive while I was physically vulnerable and attending to an injured animal. I do not know the owner’s name or the dog’s name. The dog is a German Shepherd. These incidents have occurred repeatedly in the Sargent Wharf area of the North End. This is not an isolated event. The dog’s behavior appears uncontrolled and menacing, and the owner’s lack of intervention raises serious safety concerns for people and animals in the area. There is surveillance video coverage at the Sargent Wharf parking lot, including a camera that faces the street where this incident occurred, which may have captured the most recent incident. Request: I am requesting that Animal Care & Control investigate this matter, review any available video footage, and take appropriate action to ensure public safety and prevent further incidents.

Intersection Of Prince St And Salem St, Boston, Ma**FYI has been reallocated bny ISD & PWD auto translated (en-US) -- I’d love to know what 311 worker gave this response because it’s absolutely bullshit lol there are numerous complaints about this construction project, and the response is that residents need to speak with the foreman and figure it out themselves? You’ve got to be joking. It’s not a mass dot project, it’s for the new “luxury” condos being built and that has already been confirmed. -- original (en-US) -- I’d love to know what 311 worker gave this response because it’s absolutely bullshit lol there are numerous complaints about this construction project, and the response is that residents need to speak with the foreman and figure it out themselves? 299 Norfolk St, Dorchester, Ma, 02124I’m absolutely fed up with the bias and disrespect the City Of Boston has for the African-American community in Boston just this week and Dorchester. I drove by a graveyard that has a children’s park built in it. Truly, a WTF moment. Furthermore, I would invite the mayor any given weekend to Uber through the different neighborhoods of the city and notice the difference between how the north and the south end have a different nightlife and style from Blu Hill Ave / Roxbury Dorchester or Mata pan do not enjoy the rest of the city enjoys ironically these coincide with the African-American communities why are they treated so differently no nightlife no sit down restaurants or anything uplifting or entertaining for the community. True bias, and you would think with us having a mayor of ethnic descent you would think this would’ve changed by now. It’s like we’re still back in old Boston for the Black people of this great city. | Case (SR) Type: [Mayor's Request] Referred To: [MAYOR'S POLICY OFFICE]
CLOSED #101006411674Your concerns have been submitted to the Mayor's Office for review.
