Approaching 5 years on these temporary trench repairs. This is an important sidewalk to get to red line. Nearly broke my ankle. What’s the hold up on finishing the work? If this is the property owner’s responsibility, please detail what efforts you’ve made to make them get it done. A lien? Holding securing deposit on excavation permits? Not sure why a private party’s actions get to cause so much strife for the traveling public and disabled on a public sidewalk.

Please get a crew to head over to Downtown Crossing and fix this blown out part of the wall that you’ll see on the right side of the path leading to the long escalator up to Hawley St from the Red Line. Beacon street near BC on the section owned by Boston has long broken road the length of the width of street in the direction towards west. The broken road is shown as red line in the attached picture. It is inside the Boston city boundary (dotted line).

The road is beyond multiple potholes right outside the Red line MGH / Charles st T station | Where exactly on the pavement is the pothole: [On Roadway] What is the approximate size of the pothole: [See picture on Images tab]

Down wire on 639 Weld Street in West Roxbury in front of bus stop. Unclear if it is an electrical wire. Large pile of snow in front of my driveway. If we get more snow it will be unlikely I will be able to get out of my driveway. This snow needs to be removed to prepare for more snow this weekend. This is a follow up to report #101006485177 submitted 3 weeks ago that is still open. In these pictures the red line indicates the outer border of my driveway and the blue line represents the width of my driveway.

A banner for Firebrand installed on the second floor seems to be installed too close to our building at 134-140 Beach. It is blocking views of South Station for second floor residents. Does this banner have a permit? If so, it could easily be moved to the next flat surface of their building. The line in first photo over the red awning is where it’s placed. 134 Beach is the brown building
