Our neighbor at 32 Perkins St is doing a large renovation of an old carriage house on the rear of their property. They’ve had a full dumpster for at least one month and have taken to tossing construction debris, old mattresses, and other discarded household items on the rear of their lot. This has now become a home for rats, which are invading our yard in great numbers. Could the city kindly provide them feedback to clear the property of old mattresses and debris? Thank you. -Dianne 8604602412
