We have a mattress many days outside in the street it brings rats the address Parish street

On going issues of Rat feces outside of building and very potent smell of urine at 18 Oxford st. Appears to be an abandoned building. Someone locked abandoned mattresses inside the building and the building is infested with rats.This should be considered a huge health hazard. It can’t be healthy to breath in the smell on a constant basis.

The alley is a private way and there are mattresses as well as a large amount of unknown scattered trash. The trash has been there for a long time and CE cases have been made for their property.]

The infestation has led to rodents fecal matter on the constituents bedding and counter tops. They had to replace their mattress due to the damage and smell.It is believed that the entrance was by the bed base board and the holes were covered in December 2024. That has not deterred the rodents from entering the unit, mainly at night. Caller has seen a grey and a black rat (2).]

Large rats at 117 Havre . The tenants are leaving debris including an old mattress and tarps behind the building.

Improper disposal of trash. Dozens of disgusting mattresses piled at the back of 1230 VFW parkway. Rats seen coming and going from property. Needs to be addressed.
