This lot is located between 515 Boston Public School and 497 Hyde Park Ave.and is currently in a state of disrepair and poses concerns regarding cleanliness, safety, and property values in the surrounding area. The community has expressed concerns about this situation in the past and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Specifically, the lot has trash, debris, rodents,syringes abandoned city bikes, unsanitary conditions. worst of all This situation is attracting homeless people which are doing inappropriate things including drug use and having sex, etc..Neighbors have young children who have seen this disturbing behavior. I believe that cleaning this lot would greatly improve the quality of life in our neighborhood. I would appreciate it if you could initiate the necessary steps to clean the lot and ensure that it is maintained in a safe and tidy condition. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. There are 2 blue bikes that have been dumped near the fence and train tracks behind the vacant lot. There has been trash there as well although some has been cleaned up recently. |

This is a condemned/abandoned building. It appears that people have been leaving junk cars here. There are now ~5 cars in the front yard, including cars with damage, without license plates, and with very expired registration stickers. Trash is beginning to pile up as well, including human feces |

Hello. There is a trash barrel behind 201 D in the parking lot that hasn't been picked up because it has no top. It has been put on curb with no luck. It now weighs a lot and cannot be moved. We get tickets for it but it's not our trash barrel. Please dispose. It's black with no top. |

I called 311 a couple of weeks ago, but 544 Washington in Dorchester was recorded as opposed to Brighton. I live next door to this property (at 88 Langley Rd). The property has been vacant for years but is owned by a developer with plans to build. He leaves the property in complete disrepair, with piles of garbage and recycling dumped there. It is a safety hazard and really unpleasant to see from my home. I've taken photos that I am happy to share, though I don't see the opportunity to do so online. Thank you. |

The vacant lot runs from Fayston to Dunkeld Street, next to 5-7 Dunkeld, the lot is overgrown and large Rats are dwelling there |
