Sidewalk hasn't been shoveled and is sheet of ice. An elderly woman slipped and almost fell. Luckily she was able to grab the pole.

Please shovel portion by light pole - it's currently not accessible to strollers and wheelchairs

The city should be fined for its poor snow removal around the park. The snow removal machine couldn't fit between the fence and a pole so it simply left a large pile of snow blocking safe passage on the side walk, in violation of city ordinance. This situation is repeated multiple times around the park, now creating dangerously slippery and difficult to navigate conditions. The main path through the park, which a majority of the neighborhood uses to walk to Shawmut Station was left uncleared. It's always cleared of snow in previous storms. Not to mention that on the day of the storm, the sidewalks weren't cleared until almost 5pm. Overall this is unacceptable, the city should hold itself to the same standards it holds its residents.

Can not get to the light pole to push for the Cross walk lights

THis morning at 6am a GIANT SEMI TRUCK LOADED with SALT was trying to get to the old CITY POLE YARD here at Forest Hills ST. & Arborway in JP. HE took the wrong turn and drove up my DRIVEWAY at 33 LOTUS STREET, which is a private way. MY drive way is a dirt road. THIS giant truck was fully loaded with thousands of pounds of salt. Once he was in my yard, he was unable to turn around after numerous tries. He finally decided to try to back down the 300 plus feet to Forest Hills Street. I just want to document this in case my road or property has been damaged. As I have a gate at the end of my road (which was open) but have several signs -Do NOT ENTER> It was too dark to go out and see if there was any damage but I do want to get a respond from the CITY. THe city has been using this old Pole Yard to stockpile SALT for snow storms and these giant trucks have been unloading SALT every time a snow storm is predicted. HOpefully nothing is wrong with the road but that truck could have left foot deep ruts and would have made it impassible for me to get out. Thank you for your time. Rosetta R. The whole side walk should be shovel especially for persons with disability poles for the car not the disabled person should not have to shove out the side walk there not responsible for concern neighborhood it's not fair

Huge snow pole covering sidewalk causing people to walk in the street. Between Santander bank exit and Peter's Floor Covering parking lot. Been here since the last storm.
