So this vehicle has been parked in a handicap spot all day that I usually utilize in the mornings from eight to 3:30 PM. I was unable to park there today that has been more than one occasion that I have gotten a ticket because people without Handicap Placard are blocking the handicap spots. I spoke to a Parking clerk earlier that was doing signals. He said he would put in the report. The vehicle is still there when I left this evening at 6:39 PM. What’s the sense of using the app if the report has been open it has not been resolved, but yet they are quick to give out tickets to vehicles that have the proper credentials

Why is it that certain cars are getting targeted on Saratoga St. East Boston for parking near a hydrant and receive a ticket but cars that park directly on the hydrant don't receive tickets and park there all day and night??? Per the appeals clerk ID 0030, you should park 10 ft away. Please answer or maybe the media should be contacted to get disclosure. Needs to be equity.

Constituent was speaking with the Mayor's assistant and instructed to call 311 to have the details of a parking ticket complaint, 797010045. Ticket states the meter was unpaid (AW) badge #301, division 06, issued a $40 ticket at 1:08pm. Constituent states the supervisor of the parking clerk, Michelle, (OPC) hung up on them. Has a rental replacement vehicle for insurance, with NY plates, that has a handicapped placard which is why they were told the ticket was issued. Was asked by Michelle to provide a copy of the rental registration and a letter stating the vehicle was in their possession. Why did I get three of the same tickets in a row parked in the same spot for my Inspection. I was out of town, car did not move. How can I be charged daily when the car is clearly not moving. It was inspected first trip I moved it.

Motorcycle parked for weeks in residential permit parking only. Previous complaints are ignored. If said motorcycle has a permit, it must be visible at all times per Office of the Parking Clerk.

Constituent parked on Fenway st and called 311 to verify if street cleaning was canceled for Veterans day. Constituent was told she is allowed to park there because street cleaning was cancelled. I park my car in the south end for work. I recently took it to the auto shop and they told me that rats ate the wiring of my car. And I haven?t had no problem parking my car where I live. This only started when I started parking in the south end. There is a terrible rat problem and I?m paying for it literally. I would like to be reimbursed if possible for what I had to pay due to the infestation of rats.
