  • Damaged Sign

Intersection Of Thayer St And Harrison Ave, Roxbury, Ma

There is a crosswalk at the junction of Harrison and Thayer, near SoWa in the South End. Drivers coming from the north (ie from East Berkeley direction) can see a Crosswalk sign, but there is NO sign at all for drivers coming from the south, (ie from the Randolph Street direction) . I live nearby, I am 77, and I use this crosswalk a lot. Today I was nearly hit by a driver who didn't notice the crosswalk. Please put up a sign.

Wicked Craft has frequent parties where they block their windows and blast their music as high as it can go. Today is another one of those types of events. The music is very disruptive to all of the residents. My neighbors can hear it a block away at the corner of Stillman St and Salem. The city has been alerted to their noise before and nothing has been done. Many fear that the owner has some sort of connections keeping them out of trouble. But I’m really hoping that’s incorrect and someone will step in and help the North End residents. Thank you | Case (SR) Type: [Noise Pollution] Referred To: [CONSUMER AFFAIRS & LICENSING]

Urgent !!! ADA Accessibility Violation – Snow Obstructing Accessible Parking (186 Endicott Street) I am a disabled North End resident reporting that the designated handicap-accessible parking space at 186 Endicott Street remains completely obstructed by snow piles, nearly three weeks after the storm. Despite 6 prior calls and reports regarding accessible parking in this area, this space has not been cleared. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable city accessibility requirements, designated accessible parking must be maintained in a usable condition. When snow blocks these spaces, disabled residents are effectively denied access. I am requesting immediate removal of the snow and confirmation once the accessible space has been restored to usable condition. Thank you for your prompt attention.

    92 96 N Margin St, Boston, Ma, 02113

Subject: Urgent: ADA Accessibility Violation – Snow Obstructing Accessible Parking (North End) I am a disabled resident of the North End writing to formally report that two designated handicap-accessible parking spaces remain completely obstructed by snow piles, nearly 3 weeks after the storm. The affected locations are: • 186 Endicott Street • 92 North Margin Street Despite multiple calls and prior reports, these spaces have not been cleared. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable city accessibility requirements, designated accessible parking spaces must be maintained in a usable condition. Allowing snow to block these spaces effectively denies access to disabled residents. Accessible parking is not optional - it is essential infrastructure. In a neighborhood with extremely limited parking, the loss of these spaces has a direct and harmful impact. I am requesting immediate removal of the snow obstructing these designated accessible spaces and written confirmation once the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

  • Illegal Parking

Intersection Of Holden Ct And Commercial St, Boston, Ma

Why has our home been turned into a delivery dock? Why would this be allowed in any neighborhood? The North End does not have the space for these giant trolleys. Why are they allowed to park illegally all day? Why can’t anyone respond? 40 years living here. This is so disheartening
