How am I supposed to know when contractors came/are coming for trash that THEY didn’t pick up when it was put out on time? If you rang the doorbell like I said last time we would happily grab the bins that are right on the front of the property line and clearly full and you could have taken them. You again came to the property at random, took a picture and left? If I leave trash out not on trash day I will get a ticket for illegal trash but when you don’t pick it up I’m supposed to report it and just guess when you’re coming back? Why do you not contact us when you arrived? You took all these pictures and couldn’t ring a doorbell or contact us prior to say we’re coming to get the trash we didn’t get on time please have it ready? Absolutely ridiculous and I’ll be filing further complaints as this makes less than no sense.

Residents should not be expected to manage large-scale snow removal from public parking areas, particularly as this places an unfair burden on elderly and physically limited individuals. Several residents have already cleared multiple spaces on their own, but the remaining accumulation requires city removal. Please send crews to remove excess snow from residential parking areas. We cannot wait for a spring thaw. When will the City address this issue? Thank you for your attention.
