Car partially blocking my deeded space. When a vehicle is parked beyond the sloping sidewalk in front of my car, the other condo owner cannot swing wide enough to turn into the driveway and is forced to drive over the opposite sidewalk to avoid my car. It is also challenging when the neighbor across the street blocks their driveway.

Gas street lamp is not lighting properly, one of the bulbs seem to be not working correctly. Gas is there there and working but not illuminating properly. Hardly any light is coming from the lamp.

Residents trash has been out since earlier this afternoon when trash pickup in this neighborhood is not until Wednesday

Neighboring house left a mess in front of the house I manage after they did a construction project. These bricks are almost in the walkway of 66R Foster St, which I manage. They are in the back of 68 Foster St, Brighton. They must have dug them up to do a new back staircase. Whoever did the work did not remove the debris. It could be a hazard for people walking and is not something anyone wants to look at.
