First floor apartment’s Trash can has been left on curb since last week’s trash day (Thursday) and is now accumulating additional overflowing trash outside of it.

Constituent reports trash dumped in the alley at 7 Pond street. Constituent reports the items are 3 buckets with cement, a set of metal shelves, one mirror and wood with nails sticking out of them. Constituent reports it is not her trash from 11 Pond Street. |

We are located at 500 Rutherford Ave Charlestown; our lot is private and has been constantly being used without authorization by trash disposal company trucks to idle and rotate compactors that are picked up at other locations. We have spoken to as many drivers as we are able to approach, and the residents behind our lot are complaining because these trucks are dropping dumpster between 4am, -7am almost every weekday morning causing very loud noise disturbing the peace. The companies have been called via phone also, and the trucks have not stopped doing this. They have been advised it's a private lot and we would like this stopped.
