Tree creating a serious tripping hazard for elderly and handicapped residents on street. Several people have tripped on this. Unable to walk past with walker or wheelchair. Getting worse. Needs to be fixed immediately

Tudor St South Boston, across street from 118-120 building. There are 5 bump out parking spaces that are part of Tudor Street but deeded to the condo building directly next to them (unknown address- either Tudor or parallel street, association unknown). Massive mounds of garbage have been dumped (pizza boxes, regular boxes, bottles, cans, etc) and rats are being attracted. This has been reported twice and nothing has been done! The city either needs to address this or cite the associated condo building due to the ongoing issue. The attached photos are from 1 week ago and it is worse now. It encompasses at least 3 or 4 of the spaces.

Large mattress with metal dumped on a sidewalk. Beth busy small sidewalk now has mattress blocking it. The old metal on it is dangerous too.
