At approximately 3:17 AM on September 13, 2026, there were at least 11 vehicles illegally parked in the designated bus and bike lanes in front of Alex’s Pizza at 1252 Washington Street. The disturbance continued past 3:40 AM, with people congregating and idling outside, loud music coming from vehicles, and cars repeatedly revving/racing their engines. The vehicles obstructing the bus and bike lanes also create a safety and traffic concern. This is part of an ongoing pattern of late-night noise, illegal parking in the bus and bike lanes, and disruptive vehicle activity at this location during overnight hours, Alex pizza still serving food way passed their 3:00 am license, while over 11 cars were idling and Kigali parked as showed in the picture attached. Please investigate and take appropriate enforcement action.

Dead animal pickup

This is request number three about this pile. Yesterday’s was stated to have been picked up, but the photos are from just across Norfolk Ave. the pile is next to the corner of Gerard and Howard, with there also being a mattress and box spring nearby on Howard as well.
