Active construction is taking place this morning, Sunday, June 21, 1026, at 37 Haskell St, Allston. Boston construction hours appear to be weekdays 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. unless there is an Off Hours Permit. I do not see a posted building permit or off-hours permit. The crew is also using/encroaching on part of my driveway at 41 Haskell St interfering with my property/access. Please send ISD/Code Enforcement to verify permits and issue a stop-work order if appropriate.

Clear bags containing lots of trash and rats! Residential garbage out illegally way before acceptable time. Owner identifying information found within bag JM at 114 Marlborough. Location: PUBLIC ALLEY 420 between Berkeley and Clarendon St., Behind 65 Marlborough St.
