There appears to be bags of discarded shrubbery land other assorted trash that has been here right before the alley since last week.

During the winter, the no parking/tow zone sign on Cummings Rd., the east/south corner at Egremont, was knocked down/removed, probably during plowing. Cars are parking there now, ina way that makes it hard for the trash truck to back into 36-40 Cummings for trash removal. We have missed a number of trash pickups as a result. Can a new sign be installed?
