Found fresh blood on the entrance stairs of my garden level apartment at 5:45 am this morning. Address is 685 mass Ave. No sign of a person injured nearby but given the location of the hospital and recent influx of drug activity on my street, I have a feeling it is drug/crime related. There have been many people partaking in drug abuse on my neighbors’ doorsteps the past few days. I work a few blocks away from home and this happens during all hours of the day. I took a video but cannot upload it (pictures only). I also put in a request last night to have more police presence on our street on a consistent basis and I think that would help reduce crime and help me and my neighbors feel safer. Most of them are also female and it’s very important we feel safe when we leave and come home from work when it’s dark

Car is parked too close to hydrant. Requesting they be ticketed as other people have been before on this street for this reason
