Rodents and terrible odors present at 1706 COMMONWEALTH AVENUE In BRIGHTON,MA 02135 and neighboring businesses on SUTHERLAND ROAD due to the large amount of waste not placed in containers. Rodent sightings stemming from abandoned property

Hazardous and disgusting conditions continue around the dumpsters and loading dock at Advocate Healthcare. There is a rat infestation, medical waste, trash, leaking liquids and an absolutely horrible smell. I don’t know how many complaints the neighbors and abutters have to make before something is actually done about this. They continue to get a measly slap on the wrist and a small fine, and then go right back to the same horrible maintenance. This is not even contained to their property anymore. The dried, built-up liquid from the dumpster area has streamed down the street and down the hill. The smell is so pungent you can smell it from the other side of the building and across the street. It is absolutely unacceptable. This area needs to be properly cleaned and sanitized, not just have the trash picked up. It needs cleaning solutions, pressure washing and regular maintenance so it does not immediately return to the same condition. The dumpsters also need to be properly contained and concealed, possibly with a fence or enclosure. At what point are they actually going to be held accountable and required to fix this problem instead of continuing to receive small fines while the neighborhood has to deal with the consequences?

Rodent activity is out of control. Everyday there is numerous sightings. Every night.

Trash is scattered all over this property, which is owned by two private. The property is severely overgrown, with vegetation extending into the street, and litter is everywhere, including plastic, debris, and even discarded needles. It is a disgrace that the City has allowed the property to remain in this condition without holding the owners accountable. Residents of this neighborhood pay a significant amount in property taxes and should not have to live next to an unsafe, neglected property like this. The City needs to require the owners to clean up and properly maintain their property. Even down the entire hillside towards the billboard.

Waste not in containers placed by the U.S.A issued mailboxes near 115 KILSYTH ROAD and LANARK ROAD intersection IN BRIGHTON,NA 02135.The waste is ending up on the roads by the busy intersection where tgerevis low visibility.My small children were injured and due to the waste and the broken sidewalks.

I am reporting a recurring public safety issue involving vehicles illegally parking in a designated bus stop and across/too close to a fire hydrant in Hyde Park. I have reported this location to 311 several times, but the problem continues to occur almost every night. Vehicles routinely block the bus stop, making it difficult or impossible for buses to safely pull up to the curb and pick up passengers. As a result, people waiting for the bus are often forced to stand behind the illegally parked vehicles and may have to move closer to or into the street to board the bus, creating a serious safety hazard. The same location appears to be a consistent problem spot, and repeated 311 reports have not resulted in a lasting solution. I am asking that this location receive increased parking enforcement, particularly during the hours when the violations occur. Residents of Hyde Park deserve the same level of parking enforcement and pedestrian safety as residents in other Boston neighborhoods. I respectfully ask that the City investigate this recurring problem and take appropriate enforcement action before someone is seriously injured. Please review the previous 311 reports associated with this location and consider arranging recurring enforcement at this bus stop. Thank you.
