I have a neighbor who has lived here for over a year and parks in residential parking with out-of-state plates. Is there any reason that an out-of-state car is allowed to park in Residential Parking? It just seems odd that he never seems to be ticketed. (I always scramble to find a space elsewhere when out-of state visitors come to visit.) I also think it takes money out of the State and City coffers when a car belonging to someone who lives here continues to use out-of state plates.

There is a serious public health threat imposed by the construction on Peterborough Street. The construction vehicles are emitting fumes that are causing unsafe levels of pollutants indoors. The levels are so high they are setting off air quality alarms for VOC's, CO2, and fine particulate matter PM1, PM2.5, and PM10. This is a serious threat to the health and safety of the residents that are exposed to the exhaust fumes sometimes at eye level. The fumes are entering apartment windows and the residents are unaware of the danger.
