There has been a traffic light and a silent signal for years at the intersection of I Street and Fifth Street, however the sound signal is new over the past couple of months. Now there is constant beeping that can be heard from inside our home. Can this please be changed back to a silent signal unless it is pressed and then the sound activates? At least overnight? We are having trouble working, sleeping, and living with the constant sound of the traffic signal.
