MBTA - Operation Control Center Last Sunday at Back Bay Station, heavy crowds and loitering created a security concern. The on-duty guard was distracted on their phone and not monitoring the area. This has been a repeated issue with this guard.

Sofa and furniture left pushed up against the side of our garage at 480 Back St. Does not belong to us. Believe it was dragged out by the multi unit next door.

Two junk cars on the street with no active plates for 6 months.

Rats - we have caught 4 rats outside my home. All of the neighboring streets have been torn up and re-paved in the past month or two. I have toddlers please do something. They are not in my house. My driveway is a highway.
