Potholes around manhole covers in two locations right before the bridge in the right lane

This is a follow up to case 101006453798 which was closed with a request for photos. Rat activity in public alley 905 at the rear of 430 Marlborough St. Attached 2 photos - First shows the stump where the rats come in an out beside the lampost. The second has a close up of the stump. If you zoom in you can clearly see the rat hole. If anybody comes there after dark you will see lots of rats running around and coming in and out. They also appear to have buried under the alley towards the back of the Comm Ave houses. You will see some entry holes over there that people have tried to fill in.

Cars parked infront of fire hydrant please have them ticketed

There is a large pothole in the middle of the crosswalk and traffic lane due to a depressed sewer covering. Please fix it

There is snow and ice on half of the sidewalks surrounding this property that need to be removed before this next snow storm hits. It has been there almost a week. This is the main sidewalk young children and families use to bring students to Winship School.

Street light not working. Have been reported but still haven't been fixed for almost 2 years.
