Teenagers pooping in Clougherty pool. This pool is open less than 90 days per year. We continue to have the pool closed by both babies without swim diapers and now today unsupervised teenagers pooping in the pool thinking it’s funny. Start mandatory diaper inspections, require all kids under 18 have supervision and start handing out of summer bans. This is unacceptable.
