Needles

Neighbors at 52 Hopedale in Allston have rat poison near the sidewalk that is not secured in an approved bait container. One of our neighbors dogs got to it before the owner could react and had to go to the emergency vet. I understand under MA code (https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartIV/TitleI/Chapter270/Section3A) that this is potentially negligence and the home occupants can be fined by the city and potentially sued for damages if a pet or person is injured. We would appreciate if your team could take action so no other pets or potentially children are harmed. Thank you.

Once again, Chevy pick up, parked in a no stopping anytime. The spot was created to be left open because of hazardous crossings at this intersection at 1st & K, pedestrians and vehicles coming from K St. This person continues to park there. I have yet to see them get a ticket yet we requested many times.

Accumulating trash and construction debris from active renovation/ clean out of street level unit. Needs dumpster. Rodents and illicit activity noted.
