Constituent states sidewalk that has sunken in and now cracked, stating multiple pedestrians hasfell and got hurt due to the hole. Requesting to be fixed asap. | Cause of damage: [Normal deterioration]

Can BTD please flip the Argyle St sign on this pole to the left and place a Talbot Ave sign on the right side. As seen in the picture, 502 & 504 are Talbot Ave. Delivery drivers are getting confused in thinking that we are now Talbot Ave because of the new traffic design since 500 Talbot Ave apartment building is complete. The telephone pole with the one way sign on it is the end of Argyle St and the beginning of Talbot Ave.

Paint has warn off sidewalk crossing Fargo street at 70 Fargo. Building management willing to paint if City won't as this is a major safety concern for our tenants (over 1,000 jobs impacted).
