Street lights out

Neighbors at 23 Thornley blasting music in their car. Happens multiple times per week between 11pm and 6am

Honda with out of state plates illegally parked in resident-only and also partially parked on handicapped spot at 1970 Comm.

There's been a beige color Mercedes Benz parked outside of 85 Roseclair street in the same spot for weeks, they dont have a Dorchester resident parking sticker and the owner is nowhere to be found. The car is also preventing people who have a resident sticker from parking there, please tow it as it has built up tickets for weeks
