Rats seen consistently going back and forth from Vilna Shul and Phillips Street Park. I also see multiple down in the courtyard behind my building, coming out from a deck structure.

THE NEW APT BUILDING OWNERS CHANGED MY APT UNIT AFTER LEASE SIGNING WITHOUT MY CONSENT, SO THEHY GAVE MY UNIT TO SOMEONE ELSE AFTER SO CALLED INSECTIONS THAT THEY CANT PROVE WAS EVEN DONE. ALL INSPECTORS THAT CAME INTO MY UNIT SHOULD HAVE FAILED THE UNIT BUT REFUSED TO EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW, ON SECURITY VIDEO, THAT THE UNIT WAS DEFECTIVE WITH HEATER/AC ISSUES, BATHROOM VENTALATION ISSUES, FUSE BOX ISSUES, AND OTHER..THE REPAIR GUY, AND RESIDENTS RAN AROUND MAKING JOKES THAT MY UNIT HAD NO HEAT..

Christmas trees never picked up

The street light in front of 88 Appleton street got taken down due to a request from myself for a new light bulb since it was out. That was months ago and it still has yet to be replaced.

Amazon should be fined for continually leaving these package containers all over the neighborhood. Please remove/return.

ON BEHALF OF THE UPHAMS CORNER COMMUNITY , FORMER EMPLOYEE OF YOUTH SERVICE GANG PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION PROGRAM AND A DISTINGUISHED VETERAN; WE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO COMMEND AND THANK OPERATION MANAGER ROBERT LAMBADI, HEAVY TWO OPERATOR MR. SMITH, NEW KID ON THE BLOCK JONATHAN, THE SUPERVISOR AND CREW THAT CAME OUT TO OUR COMMUNITY AND GAVE US PEACE. In short, we had two Boston Water and Sewer manhole covers that were the causation of the incredible noise nuisance situation. These noise nuisance creating manholes, kept the community awake. These manhole covers were negatively and detrimentally affecting the community's safety while decreasing the quality of life for everyone. These ridiculous noise nuisance creating manholes especially affected a retired veteran of the United States. A single phone call to Mr. Lombardi rectifies this issue within a reasonable time. We thank the crew that came out to fix these manhole covers on that very very cold day and we commend Robert for his outstanding community engagement and service. We now sleep comfortably, completely and quickly. GREAT JOB CITY OF BOSTON, BOSTON WATER AND SEWER COMMISSION.
