there is a dead rat on the side walk that has been there since yesterday and has flies accumulating and it is right in front of a basement window. it’s located on the side walk of the dead end driveway area off of burbank street, left hand side if you’re facing the park

🚨🚨🚨 ATTENTION ATTENTION🚨🚨🚨 on behalf of the Uphams Corner Community, residents in the area of 547 and 556 Columbia Road, Columbia Road and Arion Streets. Could the CITY OF BOSTON, BOSTON WATER AND SEWER, please come REPAIR, FIX or REPLACE your manhole cover . This particular manhole cover is a ongoing Public Nuisance, Mental Health (Documented PTSD 2x), Public Safety and Diminished Quality of Life in the area of 547,and 556 Columbia Road. Due to the fact this BWS manhole cover is depressed in the street, every time a large empty capacity dump truck, little dump truck, any vehicle that has empty trailers or trailers attached hit this Boston Water and Sewer manhole cover the noise that radiates has been extremely loud and disturbing; it literally sounds like a bomb has went off in the area. It is constantly causing extreme Mental Health annoying noise and great Diminishment of Quality of Life in the area. There are multiple people who suffer from PTSD, including but not limited to An US AMERICAN VETERAN, myself and others. There has been multiple 311 complaints submitted on this issue and multiple complaints/tickets submitted and phone calls made regarding the public nuisance. Our community especially in a US American veteran and others with PTSD NEED RELIEF. Please City of Boston Boston Water and Sewer, continue to show your dedicated professional and committed services to the people of the city of Boston by coming out here and correcting this detrimental problem. Someone is blasting music so loud down the street it’s shaking my house. They’re by the health commission over on bragdon.

Noise nuisance: Metal roof is loose (hazard) and keeps banging and rattling in the wind.
