The lights at Murphy Field & Playground in JP on Child Street are on way too late! Last night they were on at 11pm! Tonight is 9:40pm and they lights are still lighting up the whole neighborhood! Please turn the lights off at a earlier hour as it keeps the whole neighborhood awake! My neighbors and I absolutely hate it!
