    Someone is moving, and has placed no parking signs (May 20-22) covering at least 8 parking spots between address #20-27 Goldsmith St. (JP). My understanding is that two spots may be reserved by acquiring signs from the city, but not the whole street. Can some of these be removed before tomorrow? Thank you!
