So much trash and noise and smoking!

Streets need a good cleaning! Trash and smells.

Needle found and so much glass over on the Puopolo’s field. This is becoming an area where people are congregating due to it being blocked off with dark tarps- can clear tarps be placed up to avoid people loitering behind it? Also- can signs be placed to have no smoking and drinking on the field? Lots of smoking going on on field and in dug outs and bleachers as well as drinking on field during adult softball games at night.

Two dogs abandoned due to style and length of time barking. Barking for entire weekend nonstop, currently barking at 3am

Noise complaint: the Dominican delegation is starting their block party activities on Old Road Dorchester. Loud music shaking my house blocks away, loud motor scooters, illegal parking (Old Road Dorchester is supposed to be closed certain hours). Please send assistance
