White truck out of state Maine plates parked days

I live in readville. It's almost 2am and I can't sleep because of a noise I can feel in my house that is a rhythmic humming and a really low level. I keep reading that it's within normal levels, but between this and the diesel fumes, there has to be a better way to support trains in the city. It's this way every winter and I love my home, I love my neighborhood, but i am thinking of moving because it makes it impossible to sleep when it gets cold here. Chicago has taken this issue on by using electric warmers to keep the trains able to start. Yet here we are and just are asked to never sleep in the cold and keep windows closed in the summer bc it's too hard to politically solve this issue

Large pieces of glass thrown throughout the pedestrian crosswalk and city of boston public roads between lanark rd and kilsyth rd in brighton.I was injured trying to walk through the area along with small children in my family. Please examine and clean the area as vehicles are passing through the area as well and it is dangerous.Thank You.

Litter ,glass on the road and pedestrian crosswalks at the intersection of KILSYTH ROAD AND LANARK ROAD in BRIGHTON.The litter is scattered by the residential condos as well making it difficult to walk particularly at night particularly during this weather.
