Cars keep using the bus stop as parking spots even during the day. This leave the bus with no room to park and make lots of elderly people and people using wheelchairs to get off in the middle of the road instead of the sidewalk.

INTERNAL RESIDENTIAL RENTAL COMPLAINT - HOUSING CODE VIOLATION 1472 Commonwealth Ave. Unit 1 Brighton, MA 02135 Active indoor rodent infestation in a rented apartment. A professional pest control inspection on Friday, Sept 18th, explicitly documented structural failures inside the kitchen. Technician Findings: 1. Rodents are "chewing away at spray foam and tunneling into the wall" under the kitchen cabinets. 2. "The kick plates on the bottom of each cabinet are not affixed to the actual cabinets so there is a gap sufficiently wide enough for a mouse to come and go out of there as they please." 3. The technician removed 5 dead mice from under the cabinets (1 more removed by landlord, totaling 6) and noted "sufficient activity" and "plenty of evidence of rodents," including feces under the kitchen cabinets. Violation: The landlord was notified of these structural issues 5 days ago but has failed to send maintenance or a contractor to secure the kick plates and seal the walls. The unit remains heavily contaminated with feces and active entry points. Requesting a Housing Code Inspection.

MBTA Public Engagement - URGENT 2ND REQUEST — MBTA Active Overnight Construction Noise — Back Bay Station, Clarendon Street Sidewalk It is approximately 11:30 p.m., and residents living next to Back Bay Station are being kept awake by the extremely loud operation of an emergency light tower located on the Clarendon Street sidewalk at the back side of the station. The construction foreman appears to have programmed the light tower to turn on at approximately 11:30 p.m. and remain operating through the night. The foreman has passed by the equipment during the overnight hours and is aware of the excessive noise being generated. The noise is extremely disruptive to the neighboring residential buildings and appears to be well above the applicable nighttime noise limits.
