I’m writing about the park on Tebroc Street @ Bowdoin Street, my house in right next to it at 149 Bowdoin street and the trees are growing on to my house and into my gutter on the roof

People double parking on Emerson Street in South Boston outside of Tom English Bar. Cars either blocking others car inside or they are blocking open parking spots so residents cannot park there. This issue is never addressed.

No heat yesterday all day then was on for an hour and off the entire night. Maintainance from Fineberg Management came hours earlier and turned the heat on and it was off within the hour at 4 o’clock.. They then came back about an hour later and turned it on, and it was on for about an hour, and then it was off for the rest of the evening. And again cold in the overnight hours.. this is the first time the heat has come on. It was supposed to be on since September 15 and it has been on in other buildings owned by Fineberg Management currently it is called an apartment 10 and another apartment 21 that I can have an inspector come and check the radiators are cold. Management has been uncooperative regarding me calling so I am now contacting the city to let them know the situation please put me in touch with an inspector. Again, we have been without heat from 15 September till yesterday and now they are harassing me for trying to have the heat turned on.!! They were also very rude to other people who called about it.
