Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

Tractor trailers at loading dock are not actually moving to perform Commerce. They are parked there as just permanent storage units. It is blocking the bike lane and creating a dangerous scenario for bikes and pedestrians to go around these trailers into traffic given they are on a blind curve. Please do not dismiss this because it’s a light industrial district tractor trailers come and go here all the time but these have not moved in years. This is a very different scenario.
