Second Clogged Catch Basin (Same Street Commonwealth Terrace) ​I recently submitted a report for one catch basin on this street, but I am writing to report a second storm drain on the same block that also requires urgent cleaning. ​This specific basin is almost never serviced because there is consistently a vehicle parked directly over the grate, making it inaccessible for maintenance equipment. Because of this persistent access issue, the drain is severely clogged and cannot handle runoff. ​Please advise if temporary "No Parking" signage or street markings can be used to ensure the vacuum truck can reach and clear this basin.
