Sidewalk not shoveled

Can’ hardly walk. Icy and narrow path. Frankfort side.

Street sign is in the wrong direction. Needs to be turned to show Patterson Street correctly.

My hot water still does not work correctly. Will work for 5 mins then go cold. Management has not responded. I filed report 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing.

Ice all in front of my building barely use any salt and it’s a massive hazard. i fell hard this morning. Please check this out and cite them if it’s still icy. This entire photo what looks like water is actually ice. Extremely dangerous.

Street not shoveled at 1227 COMMONWEALTH AVENUE in ALLSTON,MA 02134 by the M.B.T.A.#66 bus stop and B BOSTON COLLEGE train tracks. The Yellow marked disabled pedestrian cross walks are covered in ice and snow and waste from the waste public waste cans.I am a disabled M.B.T.A. customer and can not travel around boston in my wheelchair due to this environment.Please shovel and salt the area. Thank You.

Fire hydrant is blocked by trash barrels from 223 Main Street. These residents keep leaving their barrels on Hathon square which is a private way, rather than on Main Street in front of their building. Last week they were issued a citation for their trash barrels and now they are blocking our fire hydrant with their barrels again. This is a safety issue!

I've been displaced by a malfunctioning piece of equipment in my apartment that cuzed a trouble flood in my apartment and into 3 others. It was so bad that our property management had to set us up in a hotel. Until the next day in which I get kicked out in 22in of snow because management was not extended only my reservation. Those other tenants are still at the hotel to this day. I've been with out a safe habitable place since January 26th 2026, how does this happen in the state of Massachusetts?! How is it that no on cares? No state agencies, no problem decide for this every situation! Nothing no one! Each agency points the finger towards the others. Or they tell me "I'm sorry sir you don't qualify" I'm homeless, what else do I need to lose to be eligible?! And btw they won't let me get my medicine, and other things I need to survive day to day. How does Massachusetts let a big company get away with this?! I have to go to housing court cuz they servied me with eviction paperwork that very day!?. CN someone please help!

*safety alert* Fire hydrant covered and in need of removal. Major safety concern. I would shovel it myself, but there is nowhere to put the snow
