There is a blockage on a sidewalk by a car that is charging and it’s cable is going across the sidewalk. This represents a danger to anybody trying to walk along the road and they have to walk around the obstacle into the road at a corner, which is dangerous. This is a persistent problem that I have now reported at least 10 times.
