    Tonight at 10:38 pm a plow was at the end of Savin Hill Avenue & Fox Point Road however they never came down our street to plow it. Did they forget about us? Right now as I submit this after a long evening of shoveling our road Fox Point still needs to be plowed. If the team could get this on the schedule tomorrow we would appreciate it. Thanks!

    Back Bay Ladies’ Room – Nightly Issue At Back Bay Station, two individuals occupy restroom stalls nightly from approximately 8:30–10:00 PM for over an hour. One stall is used for bathing (ongoing for about a year), and the accessible stall is simultaneously blocked by another lady who pushes a wheelchair Smoking, screaming, and banging on doors have also been reported. This prevents ADA access and creates hygiene and safety concerns. MBTA Management of Public Safety intervention is requested.
