I believe my car was illegally towed by a towing company without a request from the property owner. What should I do?

The bicycle lane outside of Longwood Galleria is being used as free parking 24/7 and there is no enforcement. Why even put a bicycle lane on this block if it's just going to turn into free Uber parking?

I submitted a report this morning because tree at fence on 8 Centre Street has been uprooted. The tree is leaning and the next big gust of wind will probably finish it. The answer was that there was no emergency. The leaves can do no damage. The tree can. The person needs to look at the second tree heading towards back yard. It is leaning horribly.
