Trash on sidewalk

Broken dog park gates- both the inner and outer gates of the Ink Underground Dog Park are severely damaged and no longer contain dogs safely for off leash play. This is the Ink Underground Dog Park- having a hard time pinpointing exact location on map but Google address is in the South Bay Harbor Trail.

Constant litter and debris. Property management “388 LLC” have this property at 10-12 Ellis Street and 4-6 Ellis street. They are neglecting the properties and adding to rodent problems. They don’t clean the property, sidewalks and curbs weekly and it is disgusting after trash pickup. The maintenance crew puts the barrels back and leaves the trash and debris on the ground. This is an ongoing issue across the city with their properties.

Unsafe construction site. Sidewalk illegally and completely blocked. No barriers. No signage. Demo raining debris on pedestrians.
