Rodent Action Plan. My neighbors and I have been dealing with rats and mice in the area for a few months, and would like support from the city however possible. The recent Eversource work to address electrical stability issues in the neighborhood may have driven the rodents to individual homes.

I don’t appreciate the city snow plow truck trespassing on my property and using my grass/ lawn to turn around as opposed to reversing out. He needs to be accountable and I should expect some sort of explanation for this. This is very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Are trucks allowed to Jake brake at 3am?!? This is the second time in a few weeks I’ve been startled very late and early morning by a truck doing this on surface artery road. Should big trucks even be allowed to cut through leather district and Chinatown? We’re a quaint little neighborhood - 18 wheelers shouldn’t be in the middle of the neighborhood like that? Too dangerous for them and pedestrians!

Noise violation: Moon villas customers are causing noise to be over 50 decibels at 2:30AM. Please have ISD restrict their operating hours to 11pm if they cannot control their customers. They are blasting music from their cars or delivery cars block the one way street causing traffic and honking. This is unacceptable on a street with apartments above the businesses.
