I am reporting ongoing excessive noise coming from 89 Park Drive, Apartment 8, Boston, MA 02215. The tenants have been playing extremely loud music and musical instruments on a daily basis for several months. The volume is so high that my floor and walls physically vibrate due to heavy bass. This occurs both during the daytime and late at night. In addition, they frequently host large parties that continue until 2:00 AM or later. There are many unfamiliar individuals entering and exiting the building during these events, which creates safety concerns for residents. I have repeatedly reported this issue to the apartment management company, Forest Properties Management, but the situation has not been resolved. The noise continues on a regular basis. This is not occasional noise; it is sustained and disruptive, and it significantly affects my ability to sleep and live peacefully in my apartment. I respectfully request inspection and enforcement of local noise regulations.

Snow and ice falling from this property on KILSYTH ROAD BRIGHTON,MA 02135 and other properties on this street which is a busy intersection very dangerous for pedestrians.The area has caused injuries to me and the small children in my family .We have had a snow storm earlier today and the property has exposed wires and fuseboxes.The street and area has a history of this activity during the winter season.See links below.
