States the have been spotted in different areas of the building. Const. also believes they may be in his unit as well, but has not been able to confirm. He has reported the rodet issue to his landlord twice this month, but ther still has been no movement towards resolution. Requesting investigation and any intervention possible.]

Fell hard bc of loose bricks around city trash can. The city knows these are loose bc they empty this trash can frequently. Please fix. This is dangerous and now I’m hurt.
