People camping/sleeping behind dumpsters in the alley of 107 Jersey St in Fenway and being really loud.

Outside of convenience plus is always used as a public trash can. Something's got to give at some point. They let homeless people loiter and hang out on the steps next door all day and don't do anything and people literally come out unwrap their stuff and drop trash. I don't know who needs to be accountable for this but it's a nuisance to the neighborhood not only is there always garbage everywhere but people are always loitering.

Loud noise and flashing lights coming from around 122 cottage street. Not sure exactly the address but it’s loud machines working as well as flashing yellow lights. Really distuptuve even from McKay st. On the actual cottage st. It’s 11:21 in the evening this is crazy
