Needle on sidewalk

There is an increasing problem of kids dragging entire sound systems and drum kits into the park in large pakcage delivery sleds. An example is seen today in this photo, on the Mayor’s Walk near Parkman Bandstand. They create a huge disturbance which can be heard across the park, and lots of people don’t want to have to listen to this. It’s illegal, and the police and/or parks rangers should shut this stuff down.
