There is a fence separating our property (14 southwood st, Roxbury, 02119)from the neighboring property(70 Edgewood st, Roxbury, 02119). On the neighbor's side of the fence, there is a garden bed located along the property line and directly against our house siding. Multiple rodent burrows are visible in and around this area, and rodents are entering our property through openings along the fence line. Our property is currently under a professional pest control contract due to ongoing rodent activity. Two separate pest control technicians identified the neighboring garden bed and surrounding burrows as a likely rodent harborage area and recommended reporting it to the City for inspection. Please inspect the property at 70 Edgewood st in Roxbury for rodent harborage and any conditions contributing to ongoing rodent activity. Photos attached.
