I live at 4 Rustic Road in West Roxbury. The tree in front of my house is dying and is dangerously tall, intermingled with the power lines. A similar tree next door, (8 Rustic Road), fell on their house, causing damage and a loss of power. Emergency crews had to come out, as well as police and utility staff. I am very worried that the same will happen to me. This has been a concern for awhile. I am hoping the tree can be significantly pruned or removed soon. Thanks.

Street light out intersection of Franklin Street and Devonshire Street in Downtown. This was reported 2 months ago and it is still out. The poorly lit corner makes it unsafe at night.

In front of 238-240 Norfolk Street, Dorchester two large commercial trunks parked taking up residential spaces for weeks on end. One currently has a few tickets on windshield. They each are taking up 2-3 parking spots each.
