This dirt washes out from the bank that people shortcut down, but this is a huge amount of gravel and soil that needs to be cleared off somehow, it's gone too far

THAT’S THE WAY IT WAS WRITTEN UP IN THE AGREEMENT WHEN THEY BUILT 75 LAYDEN ST. AND NOW THEY’RE ABUSING IT PLEASE ENFORCE THANK YOU. THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE THAT HAS TO BE WATCHED.
