There is a very large planter blocking the only handrail at the entry for 484 Commonwealth Avenue. This is a major safety concern for anyone who uses the handrail.

A truck parked on the pedestrian walkway fully blocks pedestrian traffic. One needs to cross the road to proceed further. Disabled pedestrians on the wheelchairs have no options to use the sidewalk
