I am on the Board of the McNamara House Senior housing facility at 210 Everett Street Allston - seniors and management have seen a big increase of rats on the property and their outdoor space. I believe This is due to Allston Labs, a large lab project in construction on Western Ave and there is a vacant lot and building at 250 Everett Street Allston that is not cleaned up or maintained where rats are infested. Is there anything you can do for us? Can you ticket 250 Everett Street and set rat traps on the vacant lot? Thank you!!!
