Every other day this car blocks the hydrant and driveway

Since it is apparent that City workers on foot clean the spaces near Piedmont/Ashmont blocks, requesting the same support to be extended to the Four corners neighborhood and Grove Hall neighborhood with that budget. We need regular, weekly cleaners on foot in these neighborhoods, especially along the blocks that lead into the intersection of the Main streets of Washington and Columbia Road.The neighborhood needs to be given the dignity that City leaders support their neighborhood. No picture needed.
