There is an abandoned construction site at 9 Wenlock Rd and the house is continuing to deteriorate in condition (holes in roof, broken windows, overgrown lot). There is a building permit from 2022 but no work has happened there in years. I am a concerned neighbor who has noticed an increase in pests and has small children in the house next door.

City of Boston has new reported new address to USPS. Cannot get internet installed because of this. Address is 131 Condor St, Boston, MA 02128.

Mazda with out-of-state New Jersey plate C93 JEY is illegally parked in resident only parking at corner of East Fourth Street and G Street. Non residents constantly park in resident only parking.

I would like to request the installation of a rat-proof public garbage bin to be permanently placed on Newbury Street at the intersection of Gloucester St and Newbury St, near 284 Newbury St. There is ongoing rodent activity in this area, and a secure, rat-resistant trash receptacle would help reduce litter and improve public health. Please evaluate the location for suitability and schedule installation if possible. Thank you. |
