Homeowner uses a space saver year-round in front of their house.

construction being done at 7 tip top street. Dumpster in the street, coned off parking spaces and sidewalks with no permits displayed. Structure demoed with no chute into dumpster and no tarps/barriers around building to contain dust and debris. Constant debris (nails, wood, siding) on sidewalk and in neighbors yards that need to be cleaned up every day. Dumpster is difficult for cars to get by and almost impossible for neighbors to get out of driveway. Also porto potty put out right next to neighbor property's front door - isn't there a 10 ft setback from property line required? Told will be like this for 10 months. Where is the building dept oversight?
