Indirect cause? Passenger buses frequently drive over and rest on the plate. Assess before eventual collapse?

    Sign illegally chained to walk signal. They always place it in front of the walk button and the tactile paving. Blocking access to the sidewalk. I've moved it here but it should be removed bwcause they keep putting it back to block the crosswalk which makes it inaccessible for people with diaabilities
