Please ticket this vehicle. The owner of this pick up truck parks every night at this bus stop River Street @ Radford place. The bus have to stop in the middle of River Street and causes more traffic than is necessary. Also this vehicle is parked across a fire hydrant. The owner is just too lazy to park further away back and walk to his house/apartment. Thank you
