Streetlight is out in front of 608 Poplar St making the street extremely dark

This right here is very unacceptable. This trash have been on the sidewalks and Saturday afternoon and do not come out till Monday afternoon. How do the neighbors on the street supposed to feel if they’re trash don’t get picked up because it’s so much trash at one building the trash is calling out the rodents and the trash is also calling out. People screaming through the trash, looking for things, but they’re opening trash bags, leaving the stuff got it about And we’re not sure if the trash man is going to take all this trash on Monday afternoon when he comes through, want to see that the sidewalk and the side of the house it’s totally full with furniture bags and all kinds of other household items. What is the next step for the city to take care of this problem?
