    Hi, I have been parking at 426 Marlborough in public alley 905. We have only been parking there for a month with a brand new car. Within that month, I got almost $6,000 worth of damage due to rats. I now have been renting a loaner car and this now has shown signs of rats inside with smell and nesting garbage in hood. I have been seeing a lot of trash buildup in this alley. Also, have seen numerous rats. Something needs to be done.
