Street light has been out for over a month in front of 31 whitford st in roslindale.

Additional evidence of trash disposal from February. Our property management has hired pets control to clean our are but keeps being misused by 84 Fayston st Residents. 38 days ago this issue was handled by our building, after the storm electricity wiring was damaged by rats. I also have evidence. Apt 3 in our building suffered damages with their washer and dryer due to the same issue. The smell of dead rats are lingering our building. I have personally asked 3 different families to properly dispose of their trash, nothing changes. I’m afraid of getting sick of me or my kids getting bitten by rats.

There is extensive litter scattered along the walkway behind the property at 84 Fayston Street in Dorchester. Trash including cardboard boxes, plastic packaging, food containers, bottles, and other debris is spread across the ground rather than being placed inside trash containers. The litter runs along the foundation of the building and throughout the walkway, creating unsanitary conditions and obstructing the shared access area behind the property. In addition, trash from the neighboring building is frequently thrown onto our side of the property. Residents appear to dispose of garbage directly on the ground instead of placing it inside trash bins. On one side of the property there are numerous cans and loose trash items on the ground, while on the opposite side there are many empty beer bottles scattered around the trash storage area. These conditions create ongoing sanitation and safety concerns. ⸻ Improper Trash Disposal Trash bins behind the property are frequently overflowing and garbage is often left outside the containers rather than inside them. Bags appear open or loosely placed, leaving diapers, food containers, bottles, and other waste exposed on the ground. Cardboard boxes are also thrown away without being broken down and recyclables are mixed with regular trash. They have started to dump on our side of the building, I have personally clear all of our side and their side.
