It’s a private way but I am wheelchair bound and disabled so the city has generously plowed my street after every storm for the past 30 years.     5:45AM Audio Assault by City Snow Removal team!? This was extremely unprofessional. My photo was taken after they had moved past our home. We think the decimal level might have exceeded legal limits. And this was New Years morning before 6AM?! We’ve never seen this in 30 years at this address.
