Abandoned bikes for over a year. I keep making requests and they keep getting closed with no resolution. PLEASE remove them

Tenant Bruce Irving Unit #305 ( 2) Dog's are up dropping bones or hard toys during quiet hours. The noise has been consistent and at this point he is not caring how it affects me having to hear his two big dogs jump of furniture, running to the door everytime he comes in or even when the police ir animal Control knocked at his door. He is in direct violation of a city ordinance and his dogs are undocumented through the city. He needs to be held accountable. This has been going on for moths and he is still i direct violation abd making my life miserable and has caused me to live with a startle response in my home.

Pease see case #101006450772. BPD has not yet added the signs even though the case is closed. Parking continues to occur on both side sides of Fremont Street, making it nearly impossible for two cars to pay us at one time on the two way street. Cars approaching Babson off of Faunce are not able to make a right turn successfully with cars parked on both sides of the street. Please prioritize.
