Once again the private parking lot has put construction cones out on Kingston street to obstruct traffic. Last time you removed them but they are back. These need to be permanently removed and the business needs to be cited for continuing to deliberately obstruct traffic and pedestrians. Just like all of us, they can submit a 311 request if people violate traffic law and park on this street. Stop this dangerous behavior before people get hurt! This violates; Article III, Section 1: “Display of Unauthorized Signs, Signals, Markings, or Devices Prohibited”

Street cleaning not done on first Wednesday of the month April 1st left hand side of Whitfield Street from Southern avenue to Norfolk Street Residents now have to wait 2 more weeks to have the street cleaned
