Several sunken casings along Chelsea Ave between 467 Chelsea St, Boston, MA 02128 and Chelsea St Bridge.

This truck was not only parked and unloading in a bike lane - he was within 15 feet of an intersection and I could not see oncoming traffic well enough to safely make a left turn ! The city needs to give a shit make our roads safe!!!
