    Why does Cummins highway have 3 sidewalks? This is absolutely insane. Instead of alleviating traffic, you are creating more traffic. The buses had to drive over this alleged rotary. Who is in charge of this nonsense? They must not live in this area. I can’t even get out of the driveway due to this new traffic pattern. The city needs new engineers.
