At 3:30pm on Tuesday May12th I am biking down Cambridge st towards MGH station. Right past the entrance into whole food parking lot, a pedestrian starts crossing / walking across the street then starts jogging so I do not have ample time to react and end up crashing into him and a car. My bicycle is my source of transportation to and from work, and the gentleman tells me that I was in the wrong for biking in the bike lane and only yelling on impact.

Outside 53 chestnut 02108 parking spots roped off by caution tape w no permit.

Building Construction completed awhile ago but the sidewalks are still a mess (uneven and has gaps). It needs to be replaced.
