Tons of rats in the area. Way more than I e ever seen. It's really gotten bad

Someone in the area is blasting music that you can hear blocks away. It's midnight and they're disturbing the peace!

I am submitting photo evidence regarding a house code complaint for inspectional service. The reference number is 6723666. My name: Xun Guo, phone number 2038924351. My landlord name: Kathyann Pace, phone number 6174447079. Apartment address: 37 Whitten St Unit 1, Dorchester, MA 02122. My landlord intentionally relocated the trash bins from underneath the kitchen window to directly underneath the window of my bedroom, causing severe odor nuisance in violation of the state sanitary code. She refused to move the trash bins away from my bedroom window and she refused to give me a reason why she did so, as shown in the messages attached.
