Noise Disturbance – March 11, 2026 Ongoing disturbances from the upstairs apartment. 12:43 AM: Continuous movement and walking sounds from the upstairs unit audible through the ceiling and walls. The dog upstairs was also moving around and jumping off furniture, creating loud impact noises. Due to the noise, I was unable to fall asleep until approximately 1:00 AM. 5:23 AM: Loud impact sound consistent with the dog jumping off the bed in the upstairs apartment, which woke me from sleep. These repeated disturbances are affecting my sleep and health conditions previously documented with building management, including anxiety and related symptoms that are triggered by sudden loud noises.
