Under the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code (105 CMR 410.452), the owner/landlord must keep all required means of egress safe and unobstructed. THIS IS NOT THE TENANTS RESPONSIBLE. THIS IS NOT IN MY LEASE. BY LAW THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY! THE SNOW NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.

Sidewalk is not shoveled from Dexter St to the bus stop along Alford St on the same block. This impacts bus stop access.

Dangerous sidewalk needs to be addressed. Can someone come clean this? Sidewalk is a sheet of ice!!! Can’t walk on sidewalk have to try and walk in street - dangerous icy area
