Illegally parked truck as you can see in this picture cars have to go over the double yellow line to get around the truck. I have reported this truck now several times and you keep closing the case without taking actual action.

Illegal Parking, car is in a no parking zone and blocking 2 driveways.

Neighbor is blocking street parking with cone. I asked the neighbor about it and she told me she reserved the space for her Tenant.

I would like to request a new tree be planted. I own a unit at 5 Joy Street, and between 5 and 5 1/2 Joy Street I believe there is room and a good spot for a new tree. This end of Joy Street has so few trees! Thank you.

Hello, this is 75 Meridian Street in East Boston, my name is Ida Contrada writing for my Dad Anotonio Contrada. Unfortunately there has been Graffiti of gang related style numbers, which have been placed on the side of the building. It is extremely upsetting to my father who has Recently taken a stroke. Please can this be removed due to the aweful Nature of the meaning and it is just not appropriate for the building.
