This Subaru from New Jersey (NJ P25 WRY) is a chronic offender/abuser, not only are they abusing the parking law, they are probably also illegally, evading Massachusetts EXCISE TAX, by not declaring their car as garaged in Massachusetts.

Constituent has lived in the apt since January and reports that there are multiple unaddressed issues in the apt. Constituent states that they get very sick when they stay in their room for an extened amount of time. Management states its not possible there is mold in the room and that the constituent is alergic to their own dog. There is no hot water in the shower. Ceilings have crumbled in two times now because of work being done and other damage.
