There is a permit for one spot for a dumpster. This work being done by 61 Highland has taken up four spots. It has supplies, dumpster, and debris on the side walk. The smells from the Porto potty in front of 63 highland are seeping into bedroom windows.

Every afternoon cars park here for the entirety of school dismissal and block the crosswalk and curb cut.
