I’d like to report a possible occupancy and building code concern at a playspace in Boston called Little Lovage Club, 485 Harrison Avenue, Boston. There appear to be recent interior walls constructed without permits, they have trampolines and questionable slides and play structure that children can easily get hurt on, they seem to be over-occupancy as they run birthdays and open play together and I’m not sure they are following all codes and guidelines so would definitely check them out as they are a childcare facility. They are going to run a summer camp in the summer so I did some research to see if safe and I didn’t see good things. Keep Boston children safe please.

The city must take responsibility for clearing and salting the snow; that’s what our taxes are meant for. It’s unacceptable that elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and children are unable to safely navigate the sidewalks. Instead, they are forced to walk on busy streets, putting their lives at risk. This negligence is a serious safety issue that needs immediate attention.

Excessive noise disturbance coming from 338 Warren Street, Roxbury. Residents are playing loud music that is clearly audible from the street and neighboring properties. This is a violation of the City of Boston's quiet hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). The noise is currently ongoing and preventing residents from sleeping. La Llanera Supermarket on East 8th Street charges a fee to use a debit card when purchasing items. I understand adding a fee when using a credit card however adding a fee using a debit card is prohibited. Perhaps losing their Lottery license did not have the impact it should have. My elderly aunt should not be charged $1.88 more for using her debit. Shame on their predatory practices. Please look into this.
