Will trash recycle be collected in Jamaica Plain on Monday during the snowstorm?

There is a significant amount of trash on Tudor St in Southie across the street from 118-120 building along the area where cars are parked and the small sidewalk behind the cars. People are dumping trash and it’s blowing into the street. Rats are also being attracted. This is the second time since December that a volume has accumulated and it’s disgusting.
