This white van has been parked on the sidewalk bordering the park all day (and yesterday too). A tow truck with car could not get by and is now backing itself down the street. In front of 27 Union Park.

Recycling not picked up

Commercial van has not moved in over a month.

I am reporting a serious safety and emergency access concern related to snow and ice conditions on a private roadway (Stonley Road in JP) serving a residential property. The street was not plowed during the last storm and remains icy and hazardous. Management has stated they are not responsible for clearing the roadway, and the City does not plow private ways, leaving no party ensuring safe ingress and egress. Residents rely on this roadway for access to garages and for emergency vehicles. With another major storm expected tomorrow, there is a high risk that residents may be unable to safely access or exit the property, including in the event of a medical emergency, fire, or other urgent situation. I am requesting assistance or guidance on how this safety issue should be addressed and how emergency access is ensured when a private street becomes impassable due to snow and ice.
