Please consider installing speed bumps on E. First. Cars drive too fast and there is minimal visibility for pedestrians because of parked cars. Accidents seem to be happening with increasing frequency. It’s getting worse with I St now a major cut through for cars and significant back ups onto E. First.

Continuous problem with illegal parking all day and night blocking flow of traffic onto street People going into Piko Pollo JP on corner of Washington st and Chilcott place parking illegally on corner on yellow street markings. Have removed street poles to inhibit illegal parking. Needs to be enforced. Ticket. Tow. Put poles back in place. Difficult daily to get onto Chilcott place past illegally parked vehicles. Please enforce the law!! Replace parking poles. Tow vehicles. Daily problem!!!!!!
