Terrible pothole on street

someone has set up a propane grill in a parking spot?

I sent a notice earlier today and got a response there are no no stopping sign on eledridge rd. I have add picture of the signs that are right across the road from my house and have been there for many years at this point. My first message was inform you of a missing sign and sign pole that was knocked down two years ago by a snow plow that has never been replaced. The problem is people are getting tickets for parking past the broken sign because the sign just above that one points in both directions. I would like the sign replaced so people dont need to worry about tickets. FYI the sign that got knocked down has been there sense I moved here in 1976. The last picture shows we're the sign was located in the ground and can still part off the pole sticking out of the concrete.
