My previously street plowing case was closed - vehicles cannot enter or leave the street because it has not been plowed - there are folks who need to leave the street for work. Can we confirm the street will be plowed, at least once (it hasn't been touched at all) by tonight?

Flagship Way Ave in the Charlestown Navy Yard (once again) hasn't been plowed

Snow plow needed on Sexton Ct. Due to the road being a steep hill it may be harder for plows to get down and we have not seen any today. Please send a plow this way as our neighbor cleared a path for his car only.

Cars parking in front of the hydrant at 44 Hazelton Street Mattapan regularly since the last snow storm

Our driveway at 2 hagar Street is always blocked by the snow from the plow. Is there a way the street in front of our driveway can be shoveled out to the area the plow removes the snow? Otherwise we can't get out of our driveway. Thank you!

This is the 8th bus that has gotten stuck on P St between 1st and 2nd St today. Buses should not be using this road. In non snow conditions there is not even enough room for the bus to come down, every day it is blocked by other cars. Now it is blocking a fire truck in an emergency because it is stuck in the snow.
