Parked in travel lane

Following the advice from Boston Public Works, I am writing to report the continued failure of the Boston Public Schools to shovel the sidewalks surrounding the English High School parking lot. Despite the snowstorm on February 23rd occurring over a week ago, no action has been taken to address this dangerous situation. The sidewalks at the intersection of Amory St and Williams St are currently impassable along the Williams St side and the Amory St fence line of the city-owned lot. This forces pedestrians, including parents from the nearby daycare, to walk in the street at significant risk. I'm attaching 2 pictures showing the current status, despite the recent warmer days. I am requesting an immediate site visit to clear the sidewalk along the Amory St frontage. This is a serious safety concern and a likely ADA compliance failure. Please provide an update on when this section will be cleared and made safe for the neighborhood.

Crazy dude at the intersection of beacon and Arlington aggressively screaming at everyone

Constituent states that last week they heard a loud pop in thier bedroom which caused the power to go out. States that they originally had trouble contacting their landlord but eventually an electrician was sent out who said that there was likely a small fire. States that they were then told another electrician would not be able to come out until Tuesday, which they are worried about as the original technician only diagnosed the issue but did not fix it.
