Massive rat infestation due to open dumpster behind restaurant.

Bus stop and sidewalk not plowed on Cummins before the bridge. (Cummins/Rowe stop on the 30/14 bus lines.) I’m sorry but why hasn’t this been taken care of in the 2+ weeks since the initial storm?

The back entrance of 528 Mass Ave. Garbage, all the time, almost every day in violation of every rule. It looks like a dump. Unhoused have created a shelter in between 160-156 w. Springfield in the stairwell. I want people to keep warm but that is not the answer. If it is only answer, give them blankets, a heater, and police it for drug use and panhandling. We have given them all the extra blankets we have.
