There are piles of newspapers and construction/building materials stored in the basement entrance and in front of the property. They been there since last summer and the owner/tenants don't seem to care. These materials are accumulating and may create rodent nesting conditions.

Currently living in Charlesnewtown/housing and my apartment has only lukewarm water for over a month. My landlord said they’re waiting on a heating element but it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s starting to affect my daily routine.
