2 vehicles parked too far from the curb and in the street and will interfere with street blows

3 cars with out of state plates are parked by 17-23 Parsons Street, Brighton MA 02135 during a snow emergency. These cars typically do not move and ticketing and towing never occurs on Parsons Street during snow emergencies. This disrupts plowing and parking for people who actually live here for several days/weeks.

White jeep license plate 296 H30 that is illegally parked in a no parking zone at 40 Mead St Charlestown that will impede plowing of the dead end street and access to 3 driveways . Please have towed immediately.

19 Cowing street reports mice & rats & dug hole under fence between yards to allow the rodents to flow into my yard. We both spoke in Spanish, so comprehension & understanding of fault was not an issue. The resident on the second floor stated that they have been digging holes to allow the rodents into my yard. Large rats have been spotted in their fenced in area by their overflowing trash for months & the rodents have not run into my yard, garage & have attempted to get into my home as well for warmth. The overpopulated house at 19 cowing (3 apartments, 25+people) have continuously be wanted, along with their landlord, Christopher DaCosta. Now the residents are admitting that they have a mouse and rat problem and I’m hoping to have Boston sanitation come in and inspect the surrounding area as well as the interior to see how bad there rat and mice infestation is. I’ve included two photos one is on my side where I filled in the hole and put two frozen planters. The other one is their side of the fence where they have some kind of weird contraption going on oddly covering a hole.
