Improper putting out of trash. Total mess.

This short term rental unit on Airbnb needs to be investigated. Registration Details: STR-461939. Link: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/828194448965037333 Freezing Unit and Dishonest Management. I checked out early because the unit was absolutely freezing. The building is very old and the insulation on the windows is non-existent; I had the heat on max, but could literally feel cold air seeping in all night. I woke up sick with a sore throat and congestion. When I reached out to the host ("Healing Homes") for a refund, they were incredibly difficult to work with. Instead of owning the issue and having empathy for what I went through, they tried to gaslight me. They sent a photo of an infrared thermometer reading 112°F as "proof" the room was hot. However they were pointing the thermometer directly at the baseboard heater, and not actually measuring the air temperature.

All the managers quit right before they quit they erased me out of the computer I have a paycheck coming 2 actually they owe me almost 2 50 and the company can just take your name out of the computer and fire you and not give you your paycheck how is that legal I was depending on that money my phone's getting ready to get shut off
