• Details ヘ Cars are illegally parked when you turn onto Guest street from Everett street. With the snowbank, it makes the one lane entirely unusable and have to drive in the opposite traffic lane. (Resubmitting ticket #101006509029 with a photo for reference) Cars park along cement jersey wall that have signs up along fence that says no parking/tow zone. You can see in photo this allows no room for cars heading down guest street.
