driver removed spot saver and parked in shoveled spot of essential employee required to go to work.

Apartments in 300 Marlborough are not being heated properly. The landlord has been contacted in the past and we were ensured the problem was fixed. During this last week my apartment and neighbors hit under 60 degrees.

Snow mound completely blocking well traveled sidewalk near GBH

Plow needed for old colony ave. Side street parking completely covered on both sides of street. No where to park after emergency lift

Plows didn’t get even remotely close to the curbs while plowing the entirety of Medford St so there is about 3 feet of snow in the street. not sure how you expect people to park now that the snow emergency has been lifted. there will be no where for people to drive because the cars will be in the middle of the street parked.

Area was not shoveled when I left for work this morning and was still not shoveled when I came back. I had to walk on the road

Part of Greenheys street not plowed. Part of the street was cleared due to residents needing to get out. Several neighbors used their personal snowblower to clear the street so they could get out. The othe end was never cleared. There were attempts made after people dug their cars out but the city plows stopped at both ends and did not clear the remainder of the street. Snow was not dumped in the street after plowing, as it had never been plowed or cleared.

No plow or snow removal has been done on Jefferson Ave/Concord in Charlestown, all cars are stuck in the alley way. Please send plow/bobcat
