A vehicle is illegally parked in a tow zone after moving the space saver, taking up two spots

Hello, I have filed a complaint with 311 but am following up here as well. There is ongoing construction at 201 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215 (next to TimeOut Market and across from 170 Brookline Ave, a residential building). The construction begins setup as early as 5:30 AM Monday through Saturday, with trucks, machinery, loud beeping, and banging. Work formally starts at 6 AM and continues with excessive noise, including dropping heavy objects, slamming, and loud machinery. This has been going on for months, and these hours are unacceptable near residential buildings. Additionally, tonight (1/27) at 11 PM, the crew is still outside, making loud noises and using machinery, further disrupting sleep. Residents across the street are subjected to daily early-morning noise without any breaks, and late-night activity like this is unreasonable and likely violates noise and permit regulations. The current schedule severely disrupts sleep and should not be permitted in residential areas. Please investigate this matter and ensure that construction hours comply with regulations to prevent ongoing disturbance.

Our street hasn't been properly plowed. Please send help and relief.

Un-shoveled section of sidewalk starting from the crosswalk entrance on Valenti Way to about 20 feet down Valenti Way headed to the corner of Beverly Street. There is nearly 7 inches of slushy snow that makes walking extremely challenging and dangerous, especially for older adults. It makes travel impossible for those who are disabled. This area sees high amounts of foot traffic from North End residents and those taking the N Washington St & Medford St bus stop toward North Station. This section of sidewalk is never salted and is routinely iced over during the winter. However, the current state of this section of sidewalk is egregious. There is a clear start and end to the issue, so it appears that whoever is responsible for this very specific section of sidewalk has neglected to attend to it, repeatedly. It would be much appreciated if this area was made safe for commuters and residents. 1/27/2026

Sidewalk not shoveled.

My street need salting the street never got salting and steel frozen can’t walk. Afther they remove the snow Thank you nobody can’t Walt or drive here

Street cover missing a hole at 36-40 Fleet Street in Northend.

Sidewalk is shoveled to snowblower's width until a certain point where it's only as wide as a shoe. This is a steep hill and for most of it it is well shoveled and salted, but there's a weird part that can't be walked on very well.

Half of the crosswalk (northwestern end) on Centre St isn't cleared, requires people to use the driveway to get onto the street in order to cross Centre.

Plow pushed snow and is snow wall is now blocking the end of Wendeller and Devine Way - no cars can enter/exit the street. Safety hazard.
