Sidewalk not shoveled

Twomy Court is in violation of the snow removal ordinance. Please send a citation notice. I patiently waited a week and they still haven’t done anything. We neighbors have been slipping and sliding through this muck. I just whacked my knee on their wrought iron fence. They did initially shovel but haven’t returned to clean up any snow that got on the sidewalk from people shoveling cars out. This is located on East 5th street and Farragut Road. Thank you.

Sidewalk around the 47 bus stop (Albany St opposite Randolph St) not cleared at all. Very hard to get to and from the bus stop.

It has been over a week since the big storm and the residential streets are barely passable. Such streets are Geoff Street, Sherrin Street and other surrounding streets. In addition there is snow packed down on the street where it has been plowed. The streets are are narrowly plowed and each person has to back all the way down the hill if there is an car entering the street. It is bad enough the plow's did a horrific drop with the cleanup, I saw a tweet they were out all weekend doing cleanup. However, I do not see any streets in better shape now. When Capital Waste was picking up garbage last week, they tied up the street for over 1/2 hours because there was no room to pull over.

(105 CMR 410.260), (527 CMR 10.03(13), (780 CMR 1001.3. 1). 3 separate ordinances being violated here and still no ticket issued… this is real interesting.

Of course it is Sherlock… isssue the ticket for this violation of a private property with no fire egress or exit. Thats why a violation must be issued

Train idling noise. The trains in the repair yard are just idling, producing a deep humming vibration that makes it very hard to sleep. Long time residents said this wasn't an issue when menino was alive, but now they just run them when it gets cold rather than use newer technologies to keep them warm. Or they are choosing to repair when people are trying to sleep. I live on the city and have no problem with the Amtrak or trains coming through. I've lived down town with street noise too.
