Snow removal - street parking Morton Street JP 02130 (behind W Roxbury courthouse)

Cars are parking on main streets cutting them to one lane.Dorchester avenue,Savin hill avenue,Old Colony avenue in South Boston, Washington Street in downtown Boston you can forget about bicycle lanes

Car is parked nearly 3 feet from the curb on this two way dead end street. Trucks, delivery and municipal cannot get through.

I’d like to find out why Space Saver reporting has been taken off the 311 app/ignored by 311 all together. Isn’t it illegal to put out space savers once snow emergency has ended?
