Bad patch from utility install in front of belton st and Gallivan blvd. Created pothole and is sinking

In front of 162 Bennington st in East Boston. Reported months ago. Bottom of post is jagged metal, currently buried in snow. Post with sign has been lying on the sidewalk for months. Can you come pick up the broken signpost soon, which is a hazard?

Charlestown - Pothole Giant pothole right in the area where the school buses drop off and pick up students. It is a damager to students crossing, entering and exiting the bus. It is also a hazard in regards to the maneuvering for the bus drivers.

Last Monday, and all last week I have put in 5 calls to Cruz Management informing them about the heat not working, and a wasp nest being inside my window screen. In 7 days I have gotten no response at all. I need help from 311 Inspectional Services to nudge Cruz to respond. This is utterly unacceptable and ridiculous.
