Did this car get towed?

At star market on morrissey blvd in Dorchester, I have personally seen 3 mice in the last week. I have seen multiple reports about the store having “above average rodent control measures”, but I still see mice every week. At this point it is almost unsafe to shop at this store. I understand that there are inspections, and somehow the store passes said inspections, but it’s getting to a point where I’m concerned about my health. Future inspections should include looking underneath shelving between every aisle ,as this is Aparently where mice like to hide. I really hope that this store can get its act together and fix this issue, because it is very concerning for everyone who chooses to shop there.

The no turn on red sign for Columbia Rd right to Columbia Rd (heading towards highway) is facing the wrong way on far side of intersection on light pole. It faces Columbia Rd (towards Mass Ave) which already has a sign on the strip mall side.

Conflicting Resident Parking signs. At 23 M St sign says “Mon-Fri” and at 15 M St it says “Every Night”. Please correct.

No turn on red sign upside down

No left turn sign for Mass Ave to Huntington has swiveled on pole and now faces Huntington, for which left is allowed. The turning vehicles yield sign has also swiveled but in other direction. It’s supposed to be for Mass Ave rights onto Huntington. Basically they’re supposed to be back to back.

Tree that was planted 2 years ago next to my neighbors new tree is dead.

The sidewalk in front of my house is uneven and has been reported before. It is a tripping hazard and have seen many people trip including my family members who are of age. Also they came to address last time but just put asphalt on the edges which has now diminished. It is a band aid on a bullet wound. I appreciate your help in the matter.
