Can not see on coming traffic due to illegal parking on both sides of street

Homeless people yelling and doing drugs.

Street looks dirty and disgusting… city needs to clean thier lot.

The light across the street in the parking lot is angled improperly and so bright that it wakes me up and I can't fall back asleep. It is shining directly into my apartment. I cannot find the contact information for the property owners. The building is 72 Lubec St. in East Boston. The light shines onto 81, 83, and 85 Lubec

Cracked sidewalk in front oh 13- 17 wendover st. The entire sidewalk is cracked and falling apart.
