Too many parking spots occupied by 1 living area. Over 8 cars for a 2 family home with studio home at 19 Cowing Street. Overcrowding of people living there, especially with at least 4 Different families living in the 2.5 family home. Overcrowding & unsanitary conditions - leading to previous issues with rodents, as well as law enforcement officers for illegal activities of drugs, stealing of bikes and car parts

A blown tire or worse is inevitable with the depth of hole left behind by workers. Signs indicate no parking 2/12 and no other dates to indicate when returning to complete work/fill hole. A steel plate would be the minimum appropriate interim step.

this house repeatedly leaves trash out like this, there has been a flatscreen TV and a fake christmas tree on the sidewalk / front yard for weeks, covered in snow, rotting food and diapers, rats running and jumping in and out of the piles of trash to the point that neighbors cross the street at night for fear of the rats in the piles because they jump at us. this is seriously a safety hazard.
