I spotted two swans on land near the entrance to the esplanade ahead of the community boathouse just after the steps to the walkway to Charles street/Cambridge street. They appeared to be walking normally and were not walking towards the water. This was at 315 pm et on 1/11/2026. I’m not sure if they were in distress, but I’ve never seen them on land over there in the winter when the river is partially frozen.

Reporting 35 Northampton St again. Says case was closed because you can't gain access to the building. Security should be right there and let you in with a knock or ring 1302 that's my bell. I'll let you in then all you need is a license or state ID. Just say your visiting apt 1302 that's me.Again here's the photos of just my floor. There's 23 other floors just like this. The residents just aren't told how to use the chute room. We have a lot of new residents that only speak Spanish. There are some signs up but they are not bilingual. I used to take care of a lot of it myself. But have recently come down with and autoimmune disease. Basically have permanent Pneumonia, and catch everything. Immunocompromised. I can't be in that room with maggots and flies roaches and rats. There is no garbage mantnience says it's not there job, all garbage is supposed to go down the chute to the compactor downstairs. Ppl throw everything just in the room it sits for a month until I break down and put on gloves and a mask and start taking care of it. I've had to throw away multiple rats stuck in glue traps in my apartment a few times now. Nevermind all the lil bug critters. Look at this, it's so full it's starting to come even out the trash room and into the hallway.

Illegal Parking of Commercial Vehicle from company "FLY MY RIDE" and Utility Theft at Residential Property. A tenant at 50 Leo M Birmingham Pkwy, unit 408 is running an unauthorized car washing business called "FlyMyRide" from our residential condo building. This violates residential zoning laws and has created multiple problems for other residents. The tenant parks two commercial vehicles in our residential parking area and uses the building's water and electricity for car washing without permission or compensation. The washing activities create excessive dust and noise that disturb neighboring units. This has been ongoing for six months. We have asked the tenant to stop multiple times, but they have refused to comply. The illegal business operation creates liability issues for our building and disrupts the residential character of the property. Please investigate this matter. We can provide more photos and additional documentation if needed.
