No water for a week! The city water pipes are frozen out in the street. We have been begging Boston Water and Sewer for 6 days to help us. There is a senior here and a single mom with a small child we keep getting told someone will come out tomorrow and no one ever shows up. We can’t hold on like this any longer. We need someone to come and address this instead of passing us off. Please. I know BW&S covers the whole city but a week without water, toilets and bathing is just unbearable. There are 3 cars at the corner of Evans Rd and Corey Road (parked on Evans) that have been there over a month without moving. This is really tough and feels unfair with the snow as there are so few parking spots.

Trash out and next pick up is Thursday. Rodent activity from big hole in sidewalk right across where trash bag is. This hole needs to be closed. Intersection of Salutation St and Hanover St. Bag is to the left and large hole where rats are coming out from to the right at intersection on sidewalk.
