Constant alarm going off near Hemenway Street, by Berklee

This light is all of a sudden blinking and SO BRIGHT! It’s a sidewalk light in front of a large number of condominium windows. I’m not one to complain, but it’s seriously disruptive (sorry). A big street light across from it fell over today-could this be contributing to sidewalk lightings erratic, super bright blinking? Help! Thank you!
