Titus Sparriw park sidewalks not cleared

I live at 762 W Roxbury Parkway. Across the street from my house there is a breezeway with lovely oak trees. The leaves fell in October/ November. The leaves are still sitting in the breezeway in massive piles. It is hard to walk through the breezeway now. Also the leaves continue to blow into the road and into my yard. It's January and I shouldn't have to still be raking and picking up leaves that the city was supposed to have taken care of in November.
