The property manager has not cleaned this parking lot. During this snow storm and the last, they hired someone who purposefully placed snow on the parking spaces that the tenants shoveled. In the spot that was they placed the snow, there was also mounds of trash that the contractor did not pick up.

All of Pierce St to Metropolitan Ave needs street plowing and snow removal so cars and pedestrians have a safe place to walk. These streets have not been properly plowed for cars to Park since the last snow storm. There are also big mounds of snow that can prevent a driver from seeing another car come out of driveway or a pedestrian cross or walk the street. For the safety of the people living in this area someone needs to schedule a snow removal day.

Birchwood Street in West Roxbury needs to be plowed. This is the second time in two months that all the sounding streets have been plowed properly yet Birchwood doesn’t.

Street has snow in middle of street instead of pavement. The street like all streets need more plowing & salt. The street should be safe for cars and pedestrians crossing the street.

This building is in horrible condition, there are rodents and pests crawling from the lady in Apartment 6 who leaves her bags of trash sitting at the front hallway door all day. There’s rats that run out the bags and charges at people while they’re walking up the stairs. Roaches have been scramming all over the building since she moved in. Plumbing issues and mold in everyone’s apartment. The building has had several tenants report to the City of Boston and they do a wack temporary paint up job to get out of trouble and take months to do it. Seriously unsafe conditions everyone needs to be placed out of this building and given temporary housing elsewhere. It’s falling apart of mold and rodents, no maintenance workers, there’s no hot water at times, it needs to be inspected and the company needs to be cited. 2014 Columbus Ave, Roxbury MA 02119

In front of regency building on 1455 commonwealth ave Brighton, And at intersection of comm ave and warren. Pot holes/sink holes forming where gas leak work was being done last week.
