Trash in bags thrown all over sidewalks, street @5 to 15 Linden St. Allston. I see this when I drive down the street Wednesdays (trash days). Apparently the apartment building and/tenants don't use trash cans (either their own or city provided) . Please talk to owners. Tired of rats, other vermin all over the area.
