    Excavating machine in front of 95 Byron street with no cones not blocked off. Very dangerous I saw kids climbing around it. There are no rodent boxes around the hole they dug. There are no permits on the property. There is mud and dirt and rocks and wood. I saw someone walking their dog almost fall. We cannot have this blatant blindness to regulations and osha rules. Please do something. This street is in danger with all these violations. Someone will be seriously hurt or killed.
