Construction and renovation debris from Apartment A at 57 Brighton Avenue has been improperly left in the building’s common shared areas, including the basement. The debris is blocking access to a required emergency fire extinguisher, obstructing the electrical meters, and blocking the emergency exit/means of egress in the basement, all of which must remain clear at all times under fire and building codes. This condition presents a serious and immediate fire and life safety hazard to all building occupants. In the event of an emergency, residents may be unable to access fire safety equipment or safely exit the basement and building. Photos attached as evidence. Requesting immediate inspection, citation, and enforcement action.

I have previously reported the resident at 36 Anderson street in beacon hill about him feeding the pigeons. They congregate all over Anderson street and land on windowsills and it is very gross and a health hazard. It seems the man has continued to feed the pigeons as they are more prevalent than before.
