Cars blocking the intersection of Tremont and Avery Street. This creates a dangerous situation because one lane of a two-lane, two-way Avery Street is blocked and cars cannot go out to Tremont Street.

Multiple street lights out on both Essex and Washington near the Chinatown T station. Essex is very dark.
