Large group of underage kids drinking being disruptive and loud

Friday, February 6, 2026, a City plow pushed large mounds of snow and ice onto the top of my driveway and across the public sidewalk in front of my home. I had already cleared the sidewalk, yet it was made completely impassable. I can’t leave or enter my home; walkway blocked! I am 78 years old, have lived in this home since 1973, and pay my taxes. Because my driveway was blocked, I was unable to leave my home and missed a 1:30 PM appointment. This created a serious safety and accessibility issue. I contacted 311 and was told an emergency crew would be sent, but as of now the situation remains unresolved. This is unacceptable and should not happen to residents—especially seniors. Really bad & riddled with potholes in this neighborhood on narrow deserted street. Uncertain on exact location but this is my best guess.

Vincent Rd entrance from VFW Parkway only cleared for a car to pass. Not safe for emergency vehicles to come up from VFW Parkway. Extremely hard to make turn off VFW to Vincent Rd

Dogs left out barking for ALL HOURS of day & night, in the freezing cold and blazing hot sun. It’s ridiculous for those that live within 2 streets, they can be heard from near and far, but also ridiculous for these poor dogs being left outside. Owner uncooperative.

Absolute disaster of a road. MASSIVE potholes that will destroy your car. That picture isn’t even a good one. I am a Doordasher & got lucky I didn’t damage my car & pursuing a lawsuit against the city. This needs to be addressed NOW!

Trash was out on time but was not collected.

Double parked cars
