Pothole that is 2-3 feet deep

The dog poop situation is out of control. I am in South Boston on G Street between 4th and 6th Streets, and there are literally six uncleaned poops just on my block right now. I have three little kids who play on the sidewalk and there are many more little children who live on this block as well. I'm not sure what can be done about this situation but it is frustrating and disgusting. Please help!

There is a hole that I fell through walking down 57 E Springfield St in the South End and injured my knee. I placed a traffic cone there that was on the corner to mark it off.
