Large icicles over road. These will significantly damage a car or person if they fall.

There is a persisting and unaddressed ice hazard originating from gutter runoff at 610 Columbus Avenue. The condition is impeding egress and posing a danger to occupants of the abutting property at 608 Columbus Avenue, as well as others using the area. The property owner of 610 Columbus Avenue (Csoh Properties LLC) and the property management company, Heath Properties, was first notified of this issue approximately 10 days ago, on January 29. To date, no corrective action appears to have been taken, and the conditions have continued and worsened. Photos documenting the current conditions are attached. I am requesting the assistance of inspection and enforcement to address improper drainage and ice accumulation affecting both private property and adjacent areas.

Fire alarm going off in vacant building at 30-32 Raynor Circle Roxbury 02120 ( formerly Roxbury ABCD Head Start building) behind Catherine Drexel Parish and police headquarters parking lot. Building had been vacant for some time. Response is most likely not and emergency.The alarm and lights have been going off for the past 4 hours ( February 7th 2026)

Large piece of raised concrete on the sidewalk closest to the curb. Making it a major trip and fall hazard. Right around 165 Dartmouth St., Back Bay

There are mounds of snow blocking crosswalks and sidewalks at the intersection. We haven’t seen one city crew come through here to clear anything. It is a safety issue and the city needs to address this ASAP
