I am a unit owner at 18 Pond Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130, and am requesting a sanitary inspection for the building due to an ongoing rodent infestation linked to structural deficiencies in common areas. A licensed pest control company has documented rodent activity in common wall voids and identified gaps around exterior and utility penetrations, confirming that my unit is not the source. Previous minor repairs by management have not resolved the issue, and building‑wide rodent activity continues, especially in the basement area. I respectfully request that a sanitary inspector evaluate the building, with particular attention to exterior foundation breaches and common utility penetrations, and require the Condominium Association to engage a licensed professional for building‑wide exclusion and remediation.

Amazon permanently parked all day in a VERY busy truck delivery area. Battery Whard hotel receives deliveries all day long - many which can’t fit in their garage so the pull to the side where Amazon is now parked. Other trucks and delivery vehicles are now forced to double park in the street. It’s impossible to see pulling out of the garage and creates dangerous traffic situation with oncoming traffic. You can see from the pics many different trucks that need to park ther throughout the day and now have to double park. Why is AMAZON allowed to park there? Creating chaos in the neighborhood. I’ve been here long before the hotel was built and this is creating a major problem. This is our neighborhood and Amazon should not be allowed to park there all day long and not allowing anyone else to come in and out of the very busy space. Amazon can afford to rent space in a parking lot during the day. Stop ruining our neighborhood!! Amazon is the bright yellow truck. Other deliveries need the space too!
