City owned light pole that is damaged and likely to fall. Needs to be replaced before it fails.

The neighboring property’s snow removal company pushed snow to the top of the driveway instead of properly removing it. This has resulted in ice formation. As the snow melts and refreezes, the driveway becomes increasingly unsafe and hazardous. This is a recurring issue following snow events.

Responding to a previous report for a pothole on a public way. The location of the pothole previously reported #101006448656 is on a public way and is not private property.

Sidewalk has not been shoveled or treated for ice more than 24 hours after the last snowfall. This appears to be a recurring issue. There is also ongoing accumulation of trash and loose debris around the property, creating safety and sanitation concerns.
