Residential construction site with large rocks and ruble spilling out into the street for months with no intent to clean their mess off the street - this is a massive safety hazard for vehicles and pedestrians traveling the street. Please fine the builder so they clean this up! Thank you!!!

A white car almost ran over me and my baby in his stroller at the corner of Victoria St and Pleasant St. Not only do pedestrians have the right of way, but I was already in the crosswalk. The car almost didn’t stop. I didn’t get the company name or license plate but it was a white sedan (potentially Prius) with a company name in yellow on the side (potentially something that starts with a “Q”, might be a taxi or school service).
