Can you please have a plow from city do a sweep on Hawley street in Downtown Crossing. Cars are getting stuck causing a traffic backup on Franklin street near Millennium Tower

No plows have come down the street since storm started or ended. There are elderly people on this street, my neighbor also has a newborn and we can’t get out in case of an emergency and no emergency vehicles will be able to get in. Please send help!! Hartford Ct. Dorchester
