The West Cedar between Pinckney and Mount Vernon has been posted for contractors since November. It’s not a few spots but the entire block. It seems really suspicious since n any given day it seems like only two of the vehicles are working at a house on West Cedar. It would be much appreciated if someone could look into this.

66 Glendale driveway and front door block from yesterday's water main break on Columbia road. Elderly couple on first floor and cancer patient on top floor with no access to doctor's appointments. Need assistance ASAP!!!
