This car(plate number: P 29880 )without permits to occupy resident parking spaces more than 6 hours ，the same car do the same way almost every day for 2 years. Without permits ,But never got tickets!

Egress safety issue: There’s a thick sheet of ice outside the garage door for the 9 Gardner St building (in the alleyway). It spans the width of the exit. Building property management has not cleared the ice for over 3 weeks, making entering and exiting the garage very dangerous for tenants.
