    I am filing a complaint and requesting an ISD Housing inspection for a persistent rodent (mice/rat) infestation at 1047 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA, under the management of GMH Living. The problem first occurred in Unit 99 during my prior lease term. I reported the rodent issue to management, but it was never fully eradicated. Due to concerns that the infestation would continue, I transferred to a different unit at the same address upon renewal, yet the rodent problem has continued. Based on the repeated occurrence across units at the same property, I believe this reflects a systemic pest control/habitability issue rather than an isolated incident. The ongoing rodent activity is affecting health and the basic habitability of the apartment. Request: Please conduct an ISD inspection of the unit/property and issue any appropriate Orders to Correct. I can provide photos and written communication records if needed.

    1874 Commonwealth Ave Second floor units on left side facing building according to one unit’s agent are supposed to be vacant because the owners have not informed building mgt of any tenants. Mgt is seeking cooperate with the remediation of black mold on the premises caused by leaks in the areas of those units. However, both units are occupied at various points during the entire length of day. And are some points completely unoccupied for upwards of one week or more.

    Construction sight between east 1st and east 2nd, I st and H st in South Boston. This picture was taken on East 1st. I got home from work and was looking for parking. The construction site placed two barriers and a no parking sign filled with bricks and concrete on the street. It took up about two full parking spots. The permit is from December 11th. They consistently do things like this to save spots. They also leave debri in the road.
