Trash not picked up. On Thursday, trash day for that neighborhood, there were some trash bags on the sidewalk near 35 Mt. Calvary road and also somewhere between 6 and 4 Manning Street. None of these bags were picked up when the garbage truck came by. Is there some new rule about placing trash in bags and not in a bin?
