1) The street lights on west bound Comm Ave between Clarendon and Dartmouth remain on during the day unlike on other blocks where they only light at night. 2) The street light near 113 Comm Ave goes on and off about every 20 - 30 seconds. Possibly an short electrical short?

MBTA busses consistently park on this street and block bus stops, which causes traffic jams and unsafe loading/unloading for UMB shuttles. Multiple busses park on either side of the road, or sometimes at the light/controlling intersection which creates an unsafe situation for pedestrians and turning vehicles.

The sidewalk isn't clean, and there's no space to walk.
