Malfunctioning light at 405 Washington st 02124. The area is very dark and people at the bus stop are having to walk on to the street to wave the bus down. One person was not seen and left behind by the bus The lamp seems to have half the bulb barely lit A similar situation with light across the street next to the bus shelter.

Deep pothole on Tremont Street approaching Boylston Street near the Boylston T Station/AMC Theater. Looks like a cover is missing from a rectangular hole.
