Car is obstructing my driveway. Owner of vehicle has been asked not to obstruct my driveway but continues to do so. Car is parked between 2 driveways making it difficult to enter and exit.

New rat hole (?) in alley behind bldg under construction

Hello, we weren’t able to take our trash bin out yesterday for the pick today. We drop it off on London St in East Boston every Monday evening. We just got our baby and weren’t here, yet our trash bin is full to the top. Could someone make a trip this way and help us out? Thanks.
