    Fence damaged during work done on property next door, not sure of options. I have.\nA full video but i'm only submitting clips of when the fence was stepped on. This damage has been solely going on over the last several months of work on this home. It is clear that the fence has fallen below the other portion of the fence. Also , lots up debris from the work in my yard.
