Knocked over sign, On Beacon street at park drive.

Acoustic harassment using infra-sound, (near)ultra-sound, frequency shifted/low power(short distance) vocalization via speakers using chat-bots, ai, humans. This has been going on in this form 24/7 since March. There have been other variants of this going on since early 2023 possibly earlier. I need the necessary equipment/information to document the occurrence of this harassment.

Noise Complaint (Nighttime / Mechanical Equipment).There is a round mechanical device installed on the right side of the building entrance door. This equipment produces very loud and continuous mechanical noise while operating. The noise is especially noticeable at night (after 11:00 PM) and early in the morning, and it can be clearly heard even with doors and windows closed. The ongoing noise has significantly disrupted sleep and daily life. This appears to be mechanical/equipment noise, possibly from ventilation or exhaust equipment, and may be out of compliance with Boston’s nighttime noise regulations.

This non resident car has been parked in this SAME SPOT since before Thanksgiving.
