Out of state plate parked in our South end resident spot. Currently can't find a spot so even more frustrating

Trash overflowing on corner of Wallingford and Comm Ave. Additionally- A Big Belly Receptacle on corner of Chiswick and Comm Ave is broken / over flowing. There is trash on the sidewalk and curb.

There’s a street performer who performs outside of the side entrance of TD garden, in between the Hub 50 and Avalon North Station buildings, after EVERY major sports game. I had hesitated on saying anything because this is likely his only source of income, but he constantly plays into late in the evenings (11pm ET and later) which is so very disturbing to the residents of the various buildings in this area.
