Trash overflowing and blocking an exit. FINDING THE ADDRESS: Address is 86 Charles Street, but the trash bins are located in the BACK of the building on Mt Vernon Sq in Public Alley 301, in between 6 Mt Vernon Sq and 10 Mt Vernon Sq. You will see the trash cans and a black door with "86" on it. NOTE: New owners took over in November. This building is now owned by CEI Realty, LLC at 101 Federal St, Unit 1900, 02110.it is managed by Suffolk Property Management. __ ISSUE: Ongoing issue with landlord refusing to manage trash properly. It is stored illegally next to resident windows and is constantly overflowing attracting rats, smells, mice, and flies. Past and current landlords refused to address it for past 4 years despite being apprised in writing of the CMR 410s they are in violation of.

This is behind Armandine. City sidewalk once again ignored. Students and parents fall each day. And when I report this, 311 just says closed. Multiple injuries. And hundreds of community members disrespected each day. Not sure who to reach out to. (this is the stretch that leads from Washington Street to. Peacevale road.) students are forced to walk in the streets. I’ve done what I can… Your turn.

Requesting a replacement tow zone sign for commercial vehicles at 217 bowdoin st. The pole where the sign was previously is empty causing confusion on the zone and causing people to park in the loading zone. This creates a backup on bowdoin street with delivery trucks.
