Infestation of rats and roaches while I’m at high risk of hospitalization due to treatments or infestations due to my compromised immune system! From my bed to the outlets to the stove the fridge the food everything! I been waiting for a safety transfer for 1 year and medical accommodation transfer unit to be available.

Rats in my apartment taking over everything in my home and making my chronic illness worse!!

An Amazon order was shipped to my address at 114 Fenway, Boston, Massachusetts 02115. According to the carrier tracking information, the package was marked “Delivered” on 2/0/26 at/near the delivery location. However, the package was not received and could not be located after checking the building entrance, lobby/mail area, and around the property. I also checked with neighbors/building staff and no one has the package. Based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery status and the fact that the package is missing, it appears the package was taken by an unknown third party after delivery. I am filing this report because Amazon has requested a police report to continue their investigation and assist with a refund.
