Hi, I submitted a report for some illegally dumped mattresses in my neighborhood that have been on street over 1 month (report #101006494542). I was directed to arrange for pickup. It is my understanding that this is Boston’s responsibility, not mine. Can you please advise?

Solid sheet of ice in South Russell Street side of 45 Myrtle street. This happens every year making sidewalk impassable for weeks at a time and creating risks for pedestrians, including the children at nearby Myrtle Street Playground. Thank you.
