The truck is filled with trash (including a worn couch and other debris), and I have observed rodents entering and exiting the vehicle, creating a health and sanitation concern for the neighborhood. The situation violates local ordinances regarding abandoned vehicles, improper waste disposal, and public health nuisances. I respectfully request that the city: 1. Investigate and remove the truck from the street. 2. Inspect and clean up the trash and any rodent infestation. 3. Issue any applicable citations to the vehicle’s owner.
