Car has been parked in a “loading only” zone since at least 12/26/2025 in the morning, causing residents of a nearby apartment building to not be able to use the loading zone.

The landlord is refusing to shovel the snow along the sidewalk of the entire 3 family house and the stairways.

We have an ongoing rat infestation in the parking area behind our condominium building. Rats are frequently visible during evening hours, indicating a significant population. The rodents have caused damage to our vehicle by chewing through wiring under the hood on multiple occasions over the past two months, resulting in costly repairs. We have attempted to address the issue ourselves using peppermint scent deterrent bags and small ultrasonic repellent devices, but these have not resolved the problem. The trash receptacles in the area are properly maintained and do not overflow, so the food source or harborage appears to be elsewhere. We are requesting an inspection of the area to identify burrows, nesting sites, or other conditions contributing to the infestation, and appropriate treatment or enforcement actions.
