The front of my car is completely plowed in and I am recovering from breast cancer I can not shovel it. I have an MRI in the morning. I called this morning and I was relived when I was told that you were sending someone out but no one came. I have a white KIA Telluride parked in front of 75 Bartlett St charlestown

School sidewalks not shoveled making it inconvenient and hazardous for students/parents

Plows plowed snow into open spots on Grant street in Dorchester. City needs to pick the snow so people have a place to park when the ban is over

Not sure why previous submissions have been closed noting the sidewalk is cleared when it is clearly not. The back side of the bus depot on E 2nd street does not maintain their sidewalk. They never shovel or put salt down

The sidewalk at the corner of Dellmore Road and Hyde Park Ave near 321 Hyde Park Ave is blocked. I empathize with the homeowners because plows deposited a mountain of snow there, but it is a hazard and I believe the city and/or MBTA should assist. This is at the Dellmore Road stop for the 32 bus. Last night the bus dropped me off here but I was unable to continue on the sidewalk to the crosswalk at Southbourne Road. I had to walk in the dark on slippery Hyde Park Ave, with my back to traffic, which was unnerving and dangerous.

The sidewalk in front of the bus stop on Boylston at Copley Square by the side of the Boston Public Library is completely obstructed by snow. This leads to crowding of people waiting, requires transit riders to walk around and into the street to board, and doesn’t give enough room for people passing through- especially folks in wheelchairs or with strollers.
