Litter everywhere

This sidewalk on St. Germain street is in such desperate need of repairing. Tripping hazards everywhere you walk. Literally would be impossible for a wheelchair or handicapped person to go down. Bricks popping out everywhere - the City needs to do something about this. Been like this for YEARS.

Rat graveyard. One in front of the building that was on the sidewalk, and a child played with and used a stick to move, and another one on the side of the building next to the garbage cans.

Selling cars one of the license plates is not on the back taking up the whole street these three cars same owner. I can never find a parking spot. You guys really should do permit parking.

Truck double parked

Loud cars have been congregating on the grass here (past signs that prohibit regular cars) so that they can take pictures with the bridge in the background. When I approached them the flipped me off and tore up the grass in multiple spots, not to mention the engines were obnoxiously loud. Please enforce this area so that our parks do not get destroyed by young inconsiderate men.
