    National Grid has been idling their loud diesel trucks outside of residential buildings for more than 7 hours. The work appears to be complete, and the workers are just hanging out and talking outside. If there's any way to ask them not idle any trucks excessively, as it is quite loud, and this is a residential street, that would be great, since it's almost 12:00 a.m. now. Thank you.
