Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally report ongoing and escalating public safety and parking violations in the South End, specifically on San Juan Street and West Brookline Street. Individuals are illegally claiming public on-street parking spaces by placing cones, ropes, trash items, and garbage bins to block spots that are owned and regulated by the City of Boston, not by individual residents. These obstructions were placed days ago and remain unattended. According to the City of Boston Traffic Rules and Parking Regulations, on-street parking spaces are public property, and placing objects in the public right-of-way to reserve parking without an official City permit is not authorized. Only vehicles displaying valid Resident Parking Permits issued by the City may legally park in resident-restricted areas during posted hours. Everett st. south bound bicycle lane mostly obstructed with snow, from at least Western Ave to Guest St.

last week the Capital trash company did not pick up our trash today again truck driver said he can’t make to the alley but Republic trash truck made yesterday to pickup commercial dumpster we dont have place to put more trash 20 units 91 w dedham 02128

West Bound Protected Bicycle lane completely obstructed by snow, from about N. Harvard Ave to Everett St.

Why is Dorchester st and old colony ave, all clean red, they removed all snow last night, except in front of 280 Dorchester street all the way down to 300 Dorchester street on the even side of Dorchester st, they never cleared any of the snow last night. The gentlemen who was moving, all the snow missed on this side!

2nd Tuesday in a row the city has not emptied our dumpster. Our trash pick up is very early, and the garbage truck drove by the building this morning, and again did not stop. They clearly have access. What’s the issue?
