72 Burbank St, Boston, MA 02115There is a female dog owner of a pit bull that lives in 72 Burbank building owned by Fenway CDC that never leashes the dog and allows the dog to poop in every tree well along street and refuses to pick it up even after neighbors have confronted and offered dog bags. Unleashed which is against the law and dog poop everywhere which is a Health hazard. Could city please address - most likely through Fenway CDC that owns 72 Burbank and manages it (it is affordable housing and they are the provider), looking at dogs licensed in building, or by street patrols. It’s a bad situation with many residents complaining. Thanks for working to address.
