130 P Street’s trash is rolling down the street like tumbleweeds because its windy and they don’t have it in barrel. Its all over the street and sidewalk. They let their trash pile up for weeks in their backyard. It’s foul and attracts rodents thats why all the kitchen bags are on the street because they let it pile up for weeks and they only have 2 barrels. I don’t understand why the city doesn’t provide education on the rules for garbage and tips and best practices (ie don’t let it pile up for weeks, and if you live near the waterfront there are rats and it gets windier by the water so trash needs to be secured)

The residents at 130 P Street’s trash is not in compliance with the law. Their flimsy kitchen bags are not secured in barrels. It is very windy outside and one kitchen bags was blown away down the sidewalk. The property has an ongoing issue with rats. 3 rats darted out of their alley st the same time and ran under a car. Last week a resident drunkenly threw up up on their front steps and left it there. We all had to look at it every day, including Christmas Day. Please issue a violation for the unsecured trash. The rat problem in their backyard will persist if the city takes no proactive action.

Beige Audi with MA plate 4FD773 is still parked at this location. It's been here for over a month. Can BTD ticket it, for the expired inspection sticker from March 2025 and tag it as abandoned. This owner has made a habit of abandoning it. Not fair for residents with already limited street parking.

Loud machine noise coming from the direction of Rogers Park. Making it very difficult to fall and stay asleep.
