Currently at 10:40pm construction is occurring with loud banging noise, machine noise. There is an ongoing construction project at 201 Brookline Ave Boston MA 02215 (next to TimeOut Market and across the street from 170 Brookline Ave which is a residential apartment complex) They do construction starting at 6am, and tonight they were doing work at 10:30pm. This is loud banging noises, dropping large objects into dumpsters, loud beeping, slamming, making excessive construction noise. This goes on Monday through Saturday every day starting at 6am. We hear the trucks and men setting up at 5:30am. It has been going on for months and these are unacceptable hours to be causing such a disruption. There are several apartment complexes directly across from this construction and our sleep is affected and we are woken up every morning at 5:30am, with work starting at 6am. This breaks the noise rules.

Crosswalk median not shoveled. unsafe to cross the street you have to walk directly into the middle of the intersection if this isn't shoveled. Intersection of traveler Street and Harrison Avenue between bar mezzana and Tatte bakery.
